We went through the drive thru and got served a fantastic authentic southern lunch, but they have breakfast as well. Just as quick as McDonald’s but with actual food that is really good. 😊

Fast service and great Backyard Burger and fries.

We have eaten there FOUR times in two days this week! EVERYTHING I've had has been AWESOME!! We are just visiting .. really wish there was a Jerry Js near my home!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Where do I start with this review??? To start with the girl who took our order was more concerned with leaning on the counter than waiting on people, plus she preceded to scratch her head (don't get me started on her appearance) then wants to hand out cups! Then I asked a question about a menu item & got the dirtiest looks. It took quite a while to get our order, granted it was a little busy, food was slightly cold & some items were slightly stale. You could also tell everything was just thrown together in a hurry, just to sit under the heat lamp. One of the sandwiches had no flavor, while one of the biscuits had the whole salt shaker thrown in. The only good things I can say about this experience, the sweet tea was very good, & the waitress attempted to rectify the order. I had declined, but she ended up bringing a cinnamon roll to go. That is the characteristics of a good waitress/server. Not sure that I will return.

Everything was okay this morning the only disappointment is they could not make french fries for my six year old autistic son... I understand if the deep fryer was not on but pretty sure they use it to make the little hash brown... I understand rules I also ran restaurants, if I had not made plans to meet out-of-town people there I definitely would not have went...
