We placed our order and I know we had the food in under 10 minutes but I'm not sure of the exact time. The food was delivered promptly. The only mistake was that both burgers were supposed to have cheese but only one had cheese. But it was delicious anyway.

We dined in, ordered sandwiches and were given NO plates. Were we supposed to eat off the table without them? Our sandwiches were wrapped as if they were for takeout. Our fries were in little bowls. We asked for 2 plates. She came back with one. This place is in serious need of customer service training.

I've eaten at JJ's for 26(+) yrs. when they were just a burger joint in wayx ga only. They are great people with great employees and excellent food with the very best and top notch customer service around! This place is a must for breakfast. breakfast gets a 12 outta 10. Lunch and supper get a 9.9 outta 10 thoœ⁰⁰

The food here is very delicious and consistently good. The service and atmosphere give it that down-home feel.

Kudos to Jerry's. My wife is allergic to Styrofoam cups, so she cannot drink coffee from a Styrofoam cup. We have always a brought ceramic cup to Jerry's when we eat there but this Saturday, January 14, 2023, I noticed something new. Jerry J's is now using cardboard cups! Really, it is a big deal. Thanks, Jerry J's. Now, bring back the omelets. Can't give you five stars without omelets!

As always, I never have had any food that I've ever had to comment on, they have always met my needs in reguards to there friendly staff & fast service, hot food to include the price u have to pay equal to the food u order! Try for yourself don't U!

Very friendly staff. Came by the table often to make sure everything was good.

Ate lunch time, chicken sandwiches and fries.
Order was incorrect. Food cold. Waitress waded up receipt when we were telling her about order problems.

Really disappointed and don’t usually say anything . But a person is only as good as their word. My husband and I was inside dining with our granddaughter. She was eating a backyard burger combo and realized it was pretty raw. So we let the waitress know everything was good until then. She took her name and said they would put it in their computer and she would be given a full meal free because of the inconvenience. When she went back on 10/12/22. The manger said they could only do the burger. Sorry but I’ll have to think hard about eating there again.🤨
