Metro Coffee House

Love this place. I'm here weekly, usually with a dog or two in tow. So long as your critters are friendly and well behaved, they're welcome. They have a nice drink selection and live music several nights a week. I must admit I don't stay long once the bands start, too loud for my taste, but what I've heard is usually good.

Very preppy sort of place, obviously part of Augusta downtown revitalization project. Ordered the pogue Mahone, first couple off sips were good then got overly sweet.

The staff here is extremely friendly, very personable, and helpful. This place serves coffee and some light pastries, so if you are looking for a more substantial meal, you may want to look elsewhere. However, if you're seeking an amazing gathering place with atmosphere and a cool cozy vibe, you're in the right spot. I certainly recommend this restaurant, and I will personally be back in the future.

Very fast bartender, even when busy. Also a variety of cider, which likely means their overall selection is also broad (I only sampled the ciders tho). Plenty of seating and very comfortable atmosphere.

The only place that told me I need to order a latte and not a macchiato which I appreciate that. I love the day staff only thing is my wi-fi dont ever connect to theirs maybe its just my devices but other then that I love the place

Great spot for a quick bite while you work or gather for a meeting. And they let me leave me business cards. Wendy was super sweet. I will be back as it's a great work space 🖤🖤👑👑🥰🥰

A great place, food drinks and coffee... MOST the staff is very friendly, and accommodating, but one man is unfriendly and confrontational.... been there twice and both times he dealt with our group and was confrontational and elevated the situation to where members of our party left stating they'll not be back here

Hands down my favorite spot downtown. It's very laid-back and the drinks taste delish. I really like the remodel with new light fixtures, booths and the art on the walls. And their cute desserts.

Usually great. I've been served by Darcy these last two times. But she needs to lose the attitude. I gladly put on a mask last time when I was yelled at. Soda isn't much to ask for either on a Tuesday.

I loved this place. It was my first visit. The coffee house is set up really nice for group and cozy conversations. It was also extra clean. The Barista was very nice and made me a great coffee.
