The breakfast burrito is amazing and is filling 👏 . Mocha was top noche, strong coca flavor, and fine latte art.

Makayla at the register was so rude. I get it, it’s 8am but she clearly didn’t want to be there at all. Customer service is key and even though the food and drinks were amazing, I will not be back because she was awful

Was referred by several friends that this was a great coffee shop. Must have gone on a bad day. Person. who took the order was not polite. Ordered a coffee, bagel and breakfast sandwich and it took an hour! Coffee was lukewarm and girl rushed to my table and ran away. Couldn't ask her where my food was? Several people waiting around for their orders. Called later and complained, manager said he would refund my money and that has not happened. I will not go here again. Starbucks much better!

I wish we were local so this could be my every weekend stop. Cute and quaint little place. Breakfast croissants were delicious and so filling. Very homemade feel almost like the eggs came fresh from the back farm and they just finished making the croissant from scratch.

I was honestly disappointed in Inner Bean Cafe. Looking at the reviews, I was really excited to grab a nice lunch during my lunch break. Unfortunately it took me 15 minutes just to bring me coffee, and about 30 minutes to bring me food. It was pretty busy in there so I'm sure that's why it took quite a while for food, but coffee/drinks should not take that long. Even worse, I told them I was vegetarian and asked for a substitution for the bacon in my Twisted grilled cheese, but my sandwich showed up with bacon in it, which I only noticed after taking a few bites already. They were very kind to offer me a free replacement, but that took another 30 minutes to make, at which point I was late in returning to work. The food is tasty and the coffee is good, and the service was nice, albeit quite slow. However the mistake on my food for a vegetarian was what brought this review down, the time it took to bring the food, and it was quite pricey for the amount provided.

Came in for a couple of coffees on a rainy day and was greeted by two employees. They were pleasant and took the order, making sure to repeat it back to ensure accuracy. While waiting, we went and sat in the back area. The reason for the four stars was because after waiting a bit of a longer time than expected, we came back to the counter to find our coffee was sitting at the pickup area and we hadn't heard them say our order was ready, not had they made sure we knew it was sitting there. Otherwise, the coffee itself were delicious and still hot enough.

My wife and I really enjoy visiting this cafe every once in a while for some tasty sandwiches (even though we're not coffee drinkers). The quality of service can be hit or miss, and then need to be quicker to clean tables, but it's still a good place for a quick meal (and probably coffee too, if that's for you).

My favorite coffee shop in town. The team and baristas are polite, personable, and kind. Their space is cozy and a great spot to spend afternoons at. The music they play is great and their food/drinks have always been tasty and fresh. A big plus - they are responsible and actually promote wearing a mask indoors when not seated. Wish more businesses In Augusta had the same common sense as IBC! Will be coming back frequently - support local ☕️

Great coffee shop! They have an amazing selection of drinks and dessert, as well as sandwiches. Service is polite and pretty quick. There is indoor and outdoor seating, the seating in the back is real cozy. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to trying their winter seasonal drinks.
