Southern Donut Company Yulee

Went in for brunch and had their chicken biscuit with pimento cheese and hot honey on it! It was to die for!😍 wasn’t sure what coffee to get and the lady behind the counter(which happened to be the manager) was super sweet and help me figure out my coffee order. I Will definitely be going back!

Best breakfast around! Didn’t want to go into the heart of Jacksonville today so decided to try something a little more local. We were impressed! The coffee was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the donuts were incomparable!! Hate that we found this little gem right before moving!

I went for breakfast with a friend. I order the western omelette which had ham, onions, cheese and green peppers with hash browns. Hash browns weren't hot, the omelette was super small and slices of cheese were just on top of the omelette versus cooked inside the omelette. Pretty mediocre breakfast I expected the breakfast to be cooked in a Southern fashion hence the name Southern donut company. Was not impressed with food presentation or taste. Improvement needed on food and presentation.

The doughnuts are better than any franchise and better priced but it doesn't stop there. The food is exceptional. Before I had the biscuits and gravy here I would have sent you to Maple street. This biscuit was by far the best biscuit you'll find hands down, paired with a well made and flavorful gravy. I'll definitely be back, shrimp and grits are next.

I just finished the best bagel sandwich EVER! Bacon Lettuce Green Fried Tomato on a EVERYTHING BAGEL!!! OMG this place should get the national award for best bagel sandwich!
From the donuts to the coffee the menu is chock full of epicurean wonders. If you cannot get in to a table there is a reason for that.....the place is phenomenal!

T-rays was closed and we needed another place for breakfast. Thought it was just a novelty donut shop, but this was a pleasant surprise. Got great breakfast sandwiches with real eggs and the donuts were fresh and delicious. If I had 2 more arms I would give this place 4 thumbs up.

I was so excited to try this place, but it wasn't impressive. The server was nice, but the cooks were goofing off. I waited a long time for the food even though they weren't busy, and I wouldn't have minded had my food been thoroughly cooked. The chicken biscuit with the pimento cheese and pepper jelly was very good, but the hashbrowns were very undercooked, and the strawberry glazed donut had an odd chemical taste. They cooked another order of hashbrowns, but my biscuit got cold, and the second order wasn't cooked much more than the first. No ice in the ice machine and I watched 2 customers walk out upset in the span of 40 mins.

We ate breakfast for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! I had the biscuits and gravy. Everything was cooked perfectly and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend you check them out.

This place is pretty good. It was my first time and I would definitely go back when I come back in town. My only cons are the small size of the donuts and the peanut butter cups on one of the donuts. They should use Reese's.

This place has breakfast that is better than all of those on island diners. Real corn beef hash, full fluffy omelets, a great breakfast bowl and the list goes on. Amazing choice of donuts too.
