In Florida it can be hard to find great coffee and reviews can be deceiving since most folks think SB and DD actually have good coffee. I am always suspect of drip coffee, but the cup of Ethiopia I had was drip perfection. Williamsburg Brooklyn-is interior and a friendly staff make this my go to place in WPB.

Overall ok, the hot coffee wasn't very hot, bathrooms were not clean at all. The floors are not clean I don't think the staff is paying attention. Couldn't take pics of the bathrooms honestly didn't feel right as it shows no one cleaned the toilet or mopped the floor.
No attention to details.

Subculture makes real coffee the right way. Brandon, who was taking my order, was really charismatic and was super fun to talk to. He was full of all kinds of information that kept me entertained for a little bit. Drinks were fantastic, between the party I was with and myself, we got hot cocoa, dirty chai, and a REAL macchiato. All were amazing! Hot cocoa was a bit sweeter than I would prefer but that's completely my opinion so I won't judge that. If you enjoy a classic quieter, home feeling coffee house, you'll enjoy Subculture Coffee.
They also offer bites and brews.

Great place to meet and have coffee and a quick bit. They used to do the tacos and hip hop that I loved but they no longer do this.. I recently had avocado toast. Though it was really good. The avocado should have been mashed up and then put on the the toast. This made for it to be very messy trying to eat this. I love the cappuccinos too.

Still coming back and it's still just as good. Glad to see that they are no longer slicing the avocados but actually matching it so it's easier to eat.

Subculture Coffee is an awesome little shop for delicious coffee and a great hangout or professional meeting spot.
2/19/2022 Update: Still amazing coffee and breakfast! It's undergoing some renovation, so we're excited to see the updates and future!

Subculture Coffee has done a very credible job designing the Clematis location to feel like a counter culture coffee shop. You feel like you could hang out and enjoy the coffee which is lost on many other coffee places. My cappuccino was artfully designed and the taste was decent. I appreciated the real coffee cups over wasteful plastic. Subculture offers free WiFi and some delicious looking pastries which make this a great place to visit in West Palm.

Very sad that this company (this location particularly) has consistently allowed homeless people who loiter in the restaurant border-line harass paying customers. I will gladly drive all the way to Jupiter subculture to avoid this problem. Customers spend upwards of 20$ on a coffee and pastry here, workers will sit back and watch as individuals come in make and make CLEARLY uncomfortable and unwanted conversation with people trying to get work done. Great coffee, great food. Sadly, very Liberal company unlikely to put an end to the problem as it would be unpopular in the progressive eye.

Edit: Shaun saw my comment and followed through on his promise, and I appreciate that. Definitely left a better impression now, so I’ll bump up a star.
Original: Great coffee, but non-existent customer service for online orders. My mom ordered 2 bags for me as a gift, and had her order filled incorrectly (2 bags of espresso blend instead of 1 espresso and 1 something else). No big deal, she reached out and just tried to get the $1 difference in price credited and we’d call it a day. No response from Subculture. I tried to reach out via email myself—no response from Subculture. $1 is $1, that’s not make or break money. It’s really the lack of responsiveness at all that unfortunately stood out.

My favorite walkable pet-friendly coffee place in WP. Down to earth baristas, good coffee/tea, beer/seltzer options, good breakfast sandwiches, comfortable inside with wifi. Vegan place next door has more dinner options and entrees. Can take some time if you go during rush hour. Baristas will also hook you up if you are local/regular. 😎

Nice coffee spot, something authentic and perfect for what coffee lovers. They roast their own coffee there and have pastries available for purchase. It is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the cup of coffee of your choice, as we don’t usually take enough time to sit down and take it all in. I really enjoyed the vibe of this place, cheers to the designers!
