Food is good staff friendly my one complaint is an employee who is constantly talking or texting on her phone

Nothing compares to the bagels here! Even the people in line were jovial as we won't moved forward towards our prize. The dark roast coffee was excellent. I like that we can choose from multiple coffee roasts.

Good place to get a bagel if they have the toppings you want! Semi-friendly people should be nicer to the customers - even if they don't speak English very well but enough to be helped! Arrogant behavior - is that Brooklyn style?

Bagels are great and staff was friendly

I guess others reviewing the bagels from this establishment have never tasted a true New York/ Brooklyn bagel....these are the worsted undercooked tasteless bagels ever!
Wish I could give no stars...

Very long wait for our food. Non of the staff were wearing masks and the ones that had a mask had it around their neck. Won't come back again.
