Soooo I did not sit down for food, and that may very well be great. However, when you have the word coffee in your title… how can it possibly not be good? I don’t understand that. This is more of a cafe type set up. I actually felt weird just being there to order a coffee. I ordered an iced latte and it was basically milk and Ice. My husband did not like his iced coffee either. If you’re going here I would stick with the food only. There are a few outdoor tables as well.

step in and have a seat…
clean with many happy faces enjoying their time and food
Coffee was hot with great after taste and cups were kept full
the oatmeal was yum and nice portion.
the eggs with “select your toppings” done well
sour dough toast ALWAYS a welcome option

Nice little coffee/espresso shop. They have a great breakfast menu as well. Great atmosphere!

Headed to Naples for an overnight trip and stopped in Venice on the way for coffee. This place had several good reviews so we chose here. Family run business. Really cute setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. Ordered caramel macchiatos and the Lorraine quiche. HOMEMADE AND DELICIOUS! Prices very reasonable and staff friendly.

This was our 2nd time here...Our food was good, but our service wasn't on par this time around...

Service was sloooow, coffee and food were cold, avocado toast was made with paste from a tub and the sourdough bread was poor quality. Even though other patrons were complaining about cold coffee, they tried to blame it on having added milk! I add milk to my coffee every day and that doesn't make it cold. We did finally get hot coffee, but then we got cold, terrible food. The eggs on my avocado toast were cooked correctly, but the dish was disgusting with nasty, processed avocado paste from a tub (NOT a fresh avocado). The gummy taste was masked with a glob of salty Everything Bagel spice and placed on what was purported to be sourdough bread. My husband's pancakes were also cold, but tasted okay.
The two female servers were completely indifferent to patrons and their needs, but the one young man was doing his best to please and even giving away candy bars he'd bought with his own money.
In all, a bad experience not to be repeated. Go to Edy's instead. We went there the next day and everything was excellent!

Have enjoyed breakfast here several times and never been disappointed. Great, prompt and attentive service. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious choices and wide variety. You can't go wrong here!

Great food, but I like to stop in for a smoothy and it always takes at least fifteen minutes. Slow service, plus they always say, sorry, just one blender and there's others ahead. Why don't you get a second blender and fix that issue?

I know coffee, this place has the best coffee downtown. Every other coffee shop has no flavor or tastes burnt... Not Venice Island Coffee. You'll want to come here if you want to enjoy your coffee order.
