A must when you are in the Keys! Excellent food and exceptional customer service. The owner John is very personable and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. Key Lime Pie is great too!

Great food! This is a local eatery with little pretence or decor. However, the menu is comprehensive and everything looks good. The wait staff is plain and quick. I would go back anytime.

We just left City Hall Cafe and grill the food was probably one of the better places in Pagosa. The food was great we will definitely go back. Staff was great nice atmosphere. The food shows when it comes out that somebody truly cares about the quality of the food. Which is rare in Pagosa.

😍 All things awesome wrapped into one cute little place on the side of the road. Definately didn't think it would be as good as it was. We sat out on the patio in the warm sunshine.. food was fresh, healthy (and not healthy haha) options, great food for the kids and you have to get a piece of key lime pie made on premises. This should def be your lunch destination so delish!!

Great wines by the glass - nice stop for lunch on the way to Key West. Enjoyed fish tacos and a burger. Don’t skip the key lime pie!

The staff was friendly and kind, the site was clean and atmosphere was pleasent. All of our meals were tasty and fresh, from the simple hot dog for my youngest to the grilled shrimp tacos and blackened shrimp ceasar wrap. If in the Florida keys again, our family would dine there again.

Stopped on the way out of town with 54 7th graders. John had our sandwich orders ready to go. He even threw in a cookie and bottle of water. The subs were amazing. For 50+ 13 year olds to say the food was great speaks volumes. Thank you again City Hall Cafe and John.

I continue to be disappointed with the restaurant, and the staff could care less. I have ordered take out on multiple occasions and the have repeatedly screwed up the order, once they gave me garbage in a container instead of my sandwich. Maybe the chef was playing a joke. But I'm not kidding. Once I had to go back there times for them to get the sandwich order right.
This place is terrible. Then another time My wife ordered a "filet mignon" and they gave us the fattiest worst cut of meat I have seen, the Entrees (chicken, pasta, etc) are bland , and the portions are small. The only thing that is ok is their sandwiches but a 12 year old can make a sandwich better theirs. Don't waste you time or appetite at this place when there are so many better places in Islamorada.
