Fantastic outdoor coffee shop located between two buildings that has Instagram worthy looks.

I had fantastic cold brew from here since it’s so damn hot right now. They have a few tables to sit at as well as a nice fan for when you’re standing in line.

Some overhead covers block most of the sun but still expect it to be warm during the summer days.

They even do $2 off cold brew from 12-4pm every day during the summer which is awesome.

Love this little coffee shop in a food truck. Seating is outdoor and under a tent. It is a tiny place and great way to hang out. It is next to a Cuban bakery where the bread is amazing. This is a real industrial bakery not a shop. Parking I limited but you can park behind the building in the afternoons. We occasionally do our team meetings here.

A staple in the Old Seminole Heights neighborhood, wonderful drinks, love the Cuban toasted bread, terrific atmosphere. Clean, friendly, accessible, wonderful -- can't say enough good things about it!

I love Spaddy's! It has the best coffee and most amazing staff. I use to live in Seminole Heights and have since moved to Westchase area and I have to make a trip every week to get a coffee from my old hood. The cold brew is diesel and wakes you right up. I also love their black and white mocha!

The best way to enjoy an excellent cup of coffee outside with loved ones, or to go! My husband loves the cold brew while I prefer the almond milk latte (iced or hot depending on my vibe). This place screams Seminole Heights and our hip/artsy ambiance!
So good it makes me want to kiss my Momma!

First of all the product is great, the vibe and ambience that the owner created is very unique even for The Heights. Great spot to get a coffee and relax for a little bit or get a drink on the go. Service is great and friendly. Parking can be tight at times, but it's not a big deal. All around great addition to the neighborhood.

Spaddy's is a Seminole Heights staple; an absolute must-see whether you are visiting or are local! I love riding my bike to get my morning cold brew and just hang out with a book and chill music before heading to work. The environment is very comfortable and never too loud to have a conversation or just relax on your own. The coffee and sweet treats are some of the best around!

Great outdoor vibe and the coffee tastes good. BUT.... the barista that works there most weekdays (tall guy) is very rude. I seem to get him every time I go and it’s always the same experience. He’s not friendly at all when he takes my order and he’s condescending and stand-off ish when I’ve asked him very normal questions about drinks on the menu. I always tip when I buy my coffee and he doesn’t even say thank you after I pay (he doesn’t even say “have a nice day...” he just walks away in silence once I pay). And whenever I order an iced drink he only fills the cup like 3/4ths the way full..... and it’s not a drink that requires room for milk. If I pay about $5 for my drink, all I ask is that it’s filled to the top of the cup? Such a shame he has such rude customer service. I’m not expecting every barista to be over the moon chippy and have a huge smile on their face, all I ask is for a regular level of friendliness?? Other local coffee shops have much friendlier baristas with same quality of coffee, so I don’t think I’m going to keep giving Spaddys my business anymore.

I love Spaddy’s! Conveniently on my way to work and the best coffee in Tampa. I’m there so often that Greg and his wife are now good friends of mine. Watching the courtyard grow into what it is now is fantastic. Great place to just hang out and enjoy Florida weather.

WHERE TO PARK: There are designated spots in front of Spaddy’s as well as in front of Faedo’s Bakery next door.

THE STORY: Greg Spaddacini started in 2015 with a humble trailer. He traveled around the Tampa Bay area to local markets, weddings, food truck rallies and all types of different events.

In 2016, Spaddy's found an empty grass lot sandwiched to Faedo's Family Bakery and Vintage Post Marketplace on Florida Avenue. Now known as Spaddy's Courtyard we quickly created an outdoor, community driven coffee shop in the heart of Seminole Heights.

The emphasis was on coffee and community. He now offers a variety of specialty coffees, as well as tea, cookies, Cuban bread and light bites.

In 2019, Spaddy's collaborated with Raw Smoothie Co. and opened a first brick & mortar location on MacDill Avenue in South Tampa.

SUGGESTED ORDER: Try the lemonade and espresso for a different coffee flavor.

PRO TIP: There’s a very Instagrammable spot on the “love wall” in the courtyard. Just saying.

IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: You could spend serious time roaming the aisles at the Vintage Roost store to the north. Maybe pick up some Cuban bread for later at Faedo’s. And make sure you get to eat soon at Inchicoro ramen restaurant across the street. Whatever Pops is one of my favorite sweet spots in Tampa.
