HotWax Coffee Shop, Kava Bar & Tap House

I absolutely love Hot Wax! It's my favorite coffee shop in Ybor. I'm obsessed with the chocolate raspberry cold brew 💕

Very nice surprise to stop in HotWax Coffee for great coffee and a Danish. Friendly and accommodating staff and great coffee. Dog friendly. I will be back.

Just had the best matcha latte in all of recorded history at this sassy little coffee shop. Fantastic atmosphere too

I love this store! It has literally everything I need when I'm in Ybor on a night out. I don't drink alcohol but I do like their kratom & kava teas. They make their drinks taste really good despite the bitterness of the original teas made from these plants. They also have a store connected to it that sells glass, cigarettes, vapes, and other stuff like that. There is also an ATM, a bar to sit and drink at or tables and couches to hang out at while you're drinking your tea. This location has a ton of different herbal and black/green teas to choose from. I am there pretty much every other weekend and they are always great!

It's is a very nice place it's friendly good service and chill relax and play together with good coffee drink or tea I be back again ...

The chapters in the book are shot and to the point and I find it..... refreshing.
Good on you Scot for creating such an amazing environment and coffee shop. I wish I had a little more time to read the book.

Friday night at 7:30, the red haired bartender literally ignored me and my girlfriend when we were 2 out of 4 people there. We wanted coffee and a good atmosphere and apparently this isn’t the place for either

Pleased with the products offered. Didn’t know of this place until recently but the Cappuccino I had was the best I’d ever had.

Coming into Hotwax Monday-Wednesday is the perfect way to start my morning thanks to the excellent and wonderful, Martha! Not only does she greet us each morning, but she also continually engages in conversation and checks to make sure we have everything we need. She is an spectacular barista capable of making our drinks correctly and in a timely manner! Coming to Hotwax simply would not be the same without such a friendly and kind soul.
