I ordered one of the fruit boba teas and it was okay. I said I wanted it iced and the lady blended it anyway but it wasn't a big deal. I said I wanted blended at first and then changed my mind and she wrote it on the cup, but she probably just forgot. it mostly tasted like ice with a hint of peach, but it was supposed to be peach, strawberry, and jasmine green tea. my friend said hers was good. the boba itself was a bit overcooked so it was extra chewy, I didn't really mind. I had to spend four dollars to use my card so I got a cheesecake. it was not a new york style cheesecake though, it was just like regular cake. it was pretty dense and didn't really have much flavor. I think it was not worth the price, but I will probably go back and try something else before I write it off completely.
update: I know this is already a very long review but I went back and had the vanilla bean sweet boba thing. it was good, it tasted like those vanilla breakfast essential drink mix things idk if you have ever had those. but I would drink that as a kid so it was nostalgic. I think it would benefit them to create a standard of how much boba you get for each size of drink. I felt there was not enough boba (even though I got a bigger size) and the drink was a bit too sweet to drink without that kind of buffer. I don't know if that makes sense but my friend said last time she went she got a lot of boba. I guess it is hit or miss, but overall a solid 7/10.

This was a horrible experience to say the least. I came in SO EXCITED to experience a boba sensation and left heartbroken. I got the lavender boba and it smelled like someone wrung our a yogi’s sweat towel into a cup and called it a day. It tasted like young and living. Afterwords, I kindly asked for a refund or a new drink and they refused. Not happy. A few of my friends went back in to ask again, and they refused once more. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

The staff are usually quite welcoming and helpful and the teas and desserts are quite good. However their hot drinks are served very impractical manner in a standard take out coffee cup. I ordered toppings in my drink as it is usually possible to do so in other Bubble tea stores but once i recieved my drink I was quite confused as to how to consume it. The lid is not practical at all. There is a very limited choice when it comes to Boba tea in Tallahassee but the quality here has not only made me like Boba tea less due to the quality of the tea served here. The flavor of the various teas could use a bit of work but the tapioca pearls are usually well cooked.

First time going to Pong’s and I was kind of lost. I had read about boba and I’d heard good and bad things. So I walked in and the menu was very large and on the wall which was fantastic so I didn’t have to stand at the counter for 20 minutes trying to decide potentially holding up a line. Once I decided what I was going to get I went to the counter and told the girl what I wanted. She asked me a few questions which I had no idea what they were and she was very kind to help me through. I also ordered a chocolate mochi and it was so tasty 10/10. It took me about 10 minutes to get my drink but there were 3 others before me so I that’s reasonable. I am very excited to add Pong’s to my list of places to patron.

I now end up coming here almost every time I drive by it. There is usually not much wait at most times of the day and never had bad service here. Will definitely keep coming back. While at first I was not into boba drinks, I am sold now, I would recommend the Thai milk tea with boba. Overall a great place.

I myself don't care for the tapioca pearls but I had their hot Chai Latte and the macarons. I think I am now obsessed with both. The staff is very nice and will let you sample the tea to make sure you like it before ordering. I wish they had another location in between my work and home but this way I won't indulge too much. :)

[Message for Management] I like all the fruit flavors! BUT the red straws you all used to have are way better than the green. I think it’s because of the size. All I know is I can never sip up any poppers in my drink with the green straws. And that’s the BEST PART! Pleasee go back. My friends and I used to come every week

I had a Soco Cooler Fruit Boba Tea - 24 oz. Peach, strawberry, and white peony tea. It was flavorful but not too sweet. It was a new place for me so I look forward to going back and trying some of their other teas. The space is small but comfortable and the staff is friendly and offered us tastes.

My boyfriend and I bought a Rose Jasmine Green Tea Milk Tea and a blended Taro and they were the worst boba Teas we have ever had! They had Zero taste! They tasted like plain watered down milk! When they didn't taste like jasmine green tea or taro! A complete disappointment!!!

This place seems to have changed management because this place used to be a 10/10 about 1-2 years ago. Today I got a thai tea that was extremely watery and it’s supposed to have the consistency of a milk tea because thai tea is considered a milk tea. My boyfriend got a taro milk tea and he also agreed that his boba tea tasted different. It was too creamy. They use different lids now and straws. This place isn’t my go to boba place anymore. Just got to Bubble Tea Bar down pensecola ,at least that place knows how to make bobba tea.
