Ology Brewing Co [Northside]

Great beer, good food, phenomenal staff. I don't know how Ology does it, but every Ology location has dedicated and knowledgeable people who will take care of you.

Waited at the bar for 15 minutes, no one said “I’ll be with you in a minute” or even just “hi.”

The bartender and what looked like a manager both served 4 other people that were in a line at the register to order food (despite me standing at the bar before they stood in line)
