Ology Brewing Co [Northside]

It's finally open! Fantastic atmosphere and great drinks. I love that they have plenty of options. Non alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks, and of course beer. No weekend slushy drinks yet but probably soon. Didn't try the food yet but the menu also has a bit for everyone. Nice to have another place in the NE and especially another local brewery!

Came by for their soft-opening night. Based on how smoothly everything went the future looks very promising. My sandwich and soup from the food lab kitchen was excellent. Lots of knowledgeable staff from the midtown and powermill locations that can guide you through their beer menu if you are new to Ology.

Wow, finally a place that caters to EVERYONE and EVERY taste. Great Berliners and sours and great IPAs. Super good fresh food (turkey sandwich is a must try) served quick. Kyle was very helpful on flavor profiles and matching us to what we like. Try the liquors as well, those make great take home. All in all, we are going to go thru Tallahassee just so we can stop in here!

Stopped in today (Monday) at around 11:30 for the first time. I tried the pimento cheese and got an iced latte. The pimento cheese was absolutely amazing. It had a lot of flavor and was enough to act as a lunch. I wish they would make a sandwich with it!

I decided I wanted to take a four pack home but had never tried ant of the beers before. The staff was so patient and helped me choose the best option. I loved that they seemed really proud of the work that's put into these drinks and I really enjoyed hearing the stories behind some of them and how the flavors were made.

Speaking of the staff, I really think they're one of the best parts of this. So many bars in town but I felt like the employees really set this place apart. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and never made me once feel like I was an inconvenience for trying different things. I thought it was really cool that they also used their judgement and picked things for me they thought I might like based on what I said were preferences. The pack I chose to take home ended up being one of their suggestions! I was here alone and ended up chatting with one for a while and it was just a really pleasant experience. I am excited to return!

Ology Northside obviously serves all the great beer and spirits you already love but they also have Tallahassees BEST coffee spot! Iced mocha and fall pumpkin are my favorites!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While there was always others to serve (though it didn't feel overcrowded), the staff didn't make you feel rushed while answering your questions.
As it was still early in the business' opening, they had a limited menu (turkey sandwich and bratwurst). Both items were delicious, but the brined turkey sandwich was phenomenal! I'd eat that turkey sandwich every time. The chips with the brat were seasoned well and I found myself sneaking some off of my husband's plate and I'm not a big chips person at all.
My husband ordered the Ceteris Paribus beer. While he typically only likes darker ales (and wished they had more of a dark ale without fruity overtones selection), he did enjoy his beer.
I had a mixed drink (I've forgotten the name already) and it was great. Had golden rum, lime juice, orange saccharum, brown sugar spices and bitters.

This place never disappoints!
The cocktails, brews & bites are all made & served to perfection. The staff is full of “old souls” who are all consistent in customer service & their depth of knowledge. There are a lot of great breweries in this town, but Ology’s vibe surpasses them all! Kudos to the chemists, brewers, bartenders, chefs, and the rest of the staff! Keep up this great thing you have going here!🍻Cheers!

The food here is delicious and the staff are friendly and gregarious. I wasn't wild about several of the beers but they have a delicious stout that makes a good dessert. At another location, we tried their G.O.A.T Chocolate liqueur which was delicious. Located in a strip mall, the inside is spacious and very industrial looking. You order the food at the cashier and then pick it up from a back counter when your buzzer goes off.

Very legit brewery, probably best NEIPA brewer in Florida. Good food, convenient opening hours

Best lunch special in town! Excellent food and craft beer. Just $7 for half flatbread, plus a cup of soup or salad, and a half pour of any beer on tap. You can get a full flatbread for $4 more. Seriously good, house-made food. Plus, plenty of seating inside and out so you can actually enjoy a good bar experience without feeling crowded. I can't recommend this place enough!
