Stopped in to take a break from St. George street. Relaxing back patio and loved the cute names on the specialty drinks. The Beach Bum latte I got was excellent. Will have to try again next time we are in town.
Edit: stopped back by and tried Van Marco (hazelnut, Irish crème, and vanilla). Another excellent choice!

Very friendly staff, very good location, great atmosphere.. helps to draw you out of the crowd, away from the street noise and chaotic outside world- calming space where you can relax, have a cup of tea or coffee and breathe..

Had an amazing quiche and a shot of espresso. Great service, however espresso was a little bitter for my taste.

It is quite disgusting to go through these reviews and see the owner or whomever is arguing back or making sarcastic snarky remarks to their displeased reviews. You should take the bad reviews you get and work on the issue instead of making yourselves look worse. I ended up going here to get an iced coffee and the signs are all over the place you can’t really tell what you can and can’t order. I ended up getting an Iced white chocolate latte (which was almost $9 for a small cup) and it tasted like straight milk. It was disgusting. I watched the girl make the drink from the other side of the counter and it made sense why it tasted like straight milk considering she filled it to the brim with just that. The color of my drink was so light, I knew it was not going to taste well. Wasted money on that as I did not finish it and from the other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who thinks their coffee taste like only milk. The employees seemed like they absolutely hated their job and came off very snooty, which again I can see I’m not the only one who thinks that. This is not a place I would go to again, not worth the price what so ever and for a tourist area employees and whomever has responded to these reviews really need to work on their hospitality and manners.

They have good quality coffee and their iced latte is one of the best lattes I’ve ever had.

I’ve never been so blown away with coffee before! The short stack speciality drinks-maple, vanilla, blueberry latte is to die for! It’s like sunshine on my palette. Bursting with flavor.

Nice atmosphere and a convenient place to stop for a beverage while walking around the Historic District! Next time I'll just order a coffee. I ordered a frozen Hurricane drink (layers of mango margarita & strawberry daquiri) and I don't think there was any alcohol in it at all, even though it was advertised to have alcohol in it. For $12 it was a bit pricey for a virgin drink, lol. Next time I'll stick with coffee.

City Perks is a place I have wanted to go as I recently have gotten into enjoying coffee, and so I figured while I was on my vacation here in Florida all the way from Traverse City, Michigan... That I would finally go to a place like this and so I did! It was very fancy and delicious for what it was worth. Highly recommended.
