Caffe Connection

Tried this place for the first time with the hubby. We were quite impressed with the menu. He got the mixed berry tart and stuffed French toast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The food tasted homemade and was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the chai tea and cold brew coffee. Which were yummy. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed that being a smaller place it wasn’t super noisy. We will definitely be back. 🙂

Food was great. They were a little slammed when I got the with a 2 top. They are actively hiring for some help. I think if they had 1 more employee, it would have been 5 stars. I am looking forward to going back to try the pastries. They looked really good but I enjoyed the eggs I got. Bacon was perfect too

I'm giving this place 5 stars because 4.5 is not an option. The BLT was good, the waffle was amazing. The chicken was not good enough to hold up to the waffles. They needed to bring salt but they were bland. The potatoes were good, but I question the sanity of putting crispy potatoes under something with syrup and cinnamon butter.

I would definitely give it another go.

From Michigan, heard about this place from Tik Tok. Such an aesthetically pleasing place. Friendly staff & super cute + cozy. Food is delicious.

Great little coffee shop with a really good avocado toast. Chicken and waffles was really good. And if you like those, you need to try the even better chicken and biscuits (not pictured). The Ice coffee was delicious. Everything was made to order and really fresh. Will definitely be visiting this little gem again when I return to Spring Hill.

Looking for the perfect breakfast spot in town? Check this place out! The breakfast is sooo good! Made with love and very tasty. I got the 2 egg breakfast, super simple but it was delicious. I like how their potatoes are thin sliced before cooked, that was refreshing compared to other breakfast spots.

Other people in my group got lunch items like the veggie wrap and breakfast burrito. They were very pleased with the flavors, definitely thoughtfully made! Someone got the Taro bubble tea which was also on point 👌

The staff is also super friendly and helpful. They do a great job making guests feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend this homey cafe! 💯

Go here! 🩷 Fantastic food and drinks! I haven't had something I don't like from this place. It's quaint and well-run. Try the chicken ceasar salad wrap (not sure if that's its name)! It's very good. Everyone I have talked to that has been to Caffe Connection loves it!

The pop tarts are no joke! Absolutely delicious and so was the bubble tea, definitely recommend.

The best breakfast my family and I have had at a restaurant. My children even ate their entire breakfast. I would eat literally anything if it were covered in their homemade syrup and cinnamon butter. The staff is friendly and service great. Definitely will go back again and again.
