Einstein Bros. Bagels

Unprofessional management, don’t work for this company. Don’t waste your money on their over priced products. They pick favorites with their employees. Managers should act like managers and not be trying to hook up with other employees. They talk badly about customers behind the scenes and aren’t hygienic with your food. The milks aren’t changed out during the day until they run out, they sit in that one spot with the sun beaming down on them until they run out which then they just refill and don’t rinse out. The coffee is old and is supposed to be switched every 30 minutes, but they don’t do that and all the coffee to sit all day long until it burns to the bottom and they make more coffee without soaking or washing the burnt coffee out. This is coming from an Ex-Employee who left for a better opportunity else where.

I really enjoyed the old Einsteins but with the new merger of Caribou it has eliminated some of the products, slowed the line down, and reduced the space the dine. The previous management was spot on with a very smooth process to get you in and fed. Too bad we can't get back the old coffee bar they used to have...

I've been a regular here for 4 years (early breakfast and coffee). If you are looking for a good bagel with nova, this is the place. Not H&H Bagels in NYC, but head and shoulders above the alternatives. Value is very good (again, compared to the competition).
Also, the hours! What other place opens at 5:30AM -- that's a real breakfast place. I've gotten to know the manager and staff...really don't agree with the reviewer that gave 2 stars - he must have been there on a busy holiday... Have not had a service problem there, EVER.

Really disappointed I was denied service over the phone, the associate answered the phone and told me they were too busy to take an order , to use the app? Which is crazy to me, it would’ve took less time to take a simple bagel order I just don’t get it

Very clean and nice people working here. I have been to some questionable Einsteins before and this one was very nice, clean, and food was hot and fresh!

Einstein coffee and bagels. A lot of clever dishes for breakfast. They have chocolate chip coffee crumb cake, hot coffees, iced coffees, all kinds of bagel combinations. Great spot.

Bagels are stale, the staff is rude, and coffee tastes watered down. Not a very family friendly setting and there isn't ever any clean tables to sit at. Panera Bread or Starbucks is a lot better.

Honestly the bagels I purchased (limited selection always and never have what’s listed) Staff is basically useless and they would let you walk away without offering cream cheese!!! It’s a bagel joint!!! So cheap and ignorant. Thumbs wayyyyy down. Sorry please don’t let it go to your head bagels are easy to come by.

Hard workers and nice relaxing place!

I liked the old setup better but I was certainly open to a new change. I was never a huge fan of the coffee so I thought that might be a good change. Unfortunately change is not always good. We sat at the bar looking at the register which gave me a great view of the half ass service given by most of of the young staff yawning or rolling their eyes. I get wanting to stay open later and draw more of a coffee crowd after 5 but the environment in here does not feel coffee house or restaurant. Feels like a mix of McDonalds and Panera except not as good as Panera. Still like the Einstein bagels so I will come back for that every once in a while. Sad to see the new downgrade...
