Einstein Bros. Bagels

They have the best bagels! Obsessed with with their everything bagel, but their jalapeño one is also amazing. Twice baked hashbrowns ares nice and soft on the inside with a slight crisp outside. Wonderful quick food! Staff is excellent as well! Always nice with great customer service!

Got there within 30 minutes of opening, My 1st time trying them out. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the lady working acknowledged me....
She took my order without so much as a smile....barely thanked me when giving me my card back.
Good thing the sandwich was good,because other than that I would not return. Do better, especially because of the prices you charge.

Appreciate this location being open through the hurricane recovery. Good strong coffee is definitely needed for these days with no power.

Even if you order "curbside pickup", expect to go in to get your order.

We have consistently watched our order get placed on the table right inside the door (next to the line of people we are trying to avoid) from the view of our car (that was described when placing the order on the app) while waiting in the curbside pick up spot right outside the door.

Einstein Bagels are good. Caribou coffee is gross.

If I could give this location 1 star , I would. They have the worst customer service , close before posted closing hours and just have a general annoyance with all customers. I witnessed them today not only lock the store before they were supposed to but hold an elderly woman’s purse inside the store refusing to answer the phone. Terrible service AND people.

Most of the employees are great they get your order out fast but there are many who will get the order wrong I used to work there but I left because it became to much like Starbucks more about getting people in and out asap ( as soon as possible). It used to be a more homey restaurant where you could come and relax best employees I know are Dee, Zach, Ellen, Frances, and Robert. Love them all and miss working with them but I still get to see them!

Normally I really enjoy this place but not this morning. I got the eggwhite bacon avocado tomato bagel sandwich which sounded great in theory but when I got back to work to eat it it was a disaster. They charged over 6 dollars for this and there was barely any avocado on it and when I took my first bite the half I was eating basically fell apart. Very disappointing. The twice baked hash browns were very good however and the customer service was good but would not get this sandwich again.
