Terrible TERRIBLE service in this place! They carry very poor snooty attitudes. Sadly, we've heard this around the village but still decided to give it a shot for ourselves. Turns out the rumors were very accurate unfortunately. My husband refused to spend $ there because I asked to sample ONE unknown flavor and the lady rudely told me "no, they dont do samples". unfortunately, I picked a flavor I was familiar with while my husband refused any and got his ice cream further down the village. (cant blame him honestly) Very Rude staff. I would NOT recommend this place. Go to the candy shop instead!

Very cute place! Had a quick lunch here with my daughter. The food was quick and hot and pretty cheap for what it was. We didn't get ice cream this time but we will come back for some next time!

We just went before taking our cruise. I went with my 4 fam members. I ordered milk shake $6. My daughter wanted to try sample of cookie dough so she can order her milk shake and her friends. While one person was making my husbands milkshake. They guy seems like the owner said no we can’t give u sample with this RUDE attitude. Even when I entered the store he was giving us this rude look.
I told my daughter let’s pay for dads milkshake and leave bec the guy is so rude. We were planning to buy 4 milkshakes, bagels and snacks but I left bec of his attitude. His loss !
Ppl should not be in this kind of business & at the tourist location if they r rude and don’t want to treat all equal.

A wonderful stopping point in a busy shopping day in Fisherman's Village. Very good hot dogs and sandwiches. Outstanding Big Olaf's ice cream and fresh ground coffee.

Worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop. My latte taste tasted like water The barista would only argue with me when I told her about the problem. Save your money.
