Great first time experience. The employee that helped me was very nice, helpful, patient, and friendly. The ice cream was amazing. I got a new flavor, blueberry cheesecake. And I got it in a waffle that they make fresh as you order it. This definitely will be a once a week spot for my family and I!!!!

It breaks my heart to leave a negative review, but I have to be honest about my experience and am leaving it in hopes that the owners/ management make the appropriate changes.

I went a few weeks ago; there were only two very young people behind the counter who seemed like they were giving it their all and doing their best, but were unable to keep up with the line. On top of that, there were some issues with an online order someone else placed, so that was distracting from the people who were physically there patiently waiting for service. Some of the staff seemed like they were kinda new; I'm not upset with them, I'm upset that someone with more experience wasn't there to make sure things were going smoothly.

When it comes to the ice cream itself, I have to say I was underwhelmed after the way this place was hyped up. I had ordered a sundae, which was served in a cup? instead of like a "boat" style dish? I had asked for hot fudge, which they put on the BOTTOM of the cup... I wasn't really interested in eating 10 spoonfuls of plain vanilla ice cream to get to that fudge... so that was disappointing to say the least.

As we left, two people outside who we saw as we entered and assumed were patrons, wished us to have a good night and thanked us for coming in; we also saw upon leaving they may have been doing face painting (?) So it seemed like they maybe worked there?? If that's the case, it really perplexed me why they weren't inside giving the kids a hand, because gosh did they need it.

Good lord, why the HELL were my mini marshmallows hard?!! Like not just stale, but like condensed rocks. Did the lady behind the counter, like, not care at all? Actually had to discard our toppings on the side of the road. They actually sounded like pebbles clonking against the pavement! Do yourselves a favor and go to Whit’s frozen custard. At least they can guarantee freshness.

My son & i stopped in tonight & we loved the atmosphere. We got shakes, banana split & their homemade brownie. We can't rave enough. All was super delicious. We will definately be stopping in more often. Highly recommended 👍💛😋

First time I came it was great a gentleman helped us out and the shakes looked amazing. Second time, Leanna help us out and though she was kind, the shakes looked and tasted like they were from McDonald’s. If you wanna carry the name of fancy shakes and specialty shakes make sure you train all your employees to take the same care of creating the shakes. Not worth the 50$ I spent that time.if I could of returned all of the shakes I would of. Sucks how not one of the four looked decent, nor taste like the flavors more like just vanilla veryyy milky shakes

Man the peanut butter brownie Sunday is awesome! My friend got the cotton candy burrito, it was crazy!

We saw this ice cream shop and decided to give it a try. Super cute!!! Music was Motown and old school and the staff was friendly and helpful. Joelle the Manager is sweet and we enjoyed meeting her. Definitely our “go to” place for ice cream!!

Very beautifully designed and cute decor on the inside; Smells yummy on the inside (kinda like fried oil though uh ). Ice cream very rich in taste. The worker's were nice and accommodating. They give samples. Constructive criticism: However, I assumed they were training or getting used to working there because it did take a while to make our orders. Maybe get more experienced people who are more comfortable. Regardless, I'm very patient so I personally didn't mind. But I know others would. It was a good experience overall. Will be coming back.

First time Here. There were 3 people who were supposed to be working. Only one kid was while the other two were chatting with friends. Then a teenager has no shirt on walking around like it’s his own personal living room.

The people working today were more interested in chatting with friends than working. Makes it uncomfortable for families and frustrating when you can’t order because they want to chat.

THE cutest ice cream (and more) shop!! Got 2 scoops of ice cream and had Many choices of flavors to choose from. The girl working was very helpful in deciding. They also have cake balls, brownies, cupcakes, and much more. ALL made there!! We'll be back!! (Was also at a great price!!)
