It's not as sugary as Starbucks is, so I like it. Great customer service every time. Sometimes the hot drinks aren't hot just warm, otherwise no complaints.

This is my third time ordering my chai and I'm big disappointed. I kindly asked if there was a reason why the chais I previously ordered were very watery and the girl on the speaker caught a tone with me. Instead of offering to put more of another ingredient in it she rudely asked when I came in the day before and I told her it had been a while since my last visit. As a standard for myself I tip big like $20 and honestly my experience wasn't even worth the left over change. I threw my chai in the garbage and I will never order from drowsy poet again.

Cold brew was delicious. Try the "Poe" Espresso for a rich, raspberry mocha.

Always super friendly with great service. Delicious pastries they warm up for you in a flash. I am amazed..seriously. Never had a bad drink hot, iced or frozen. Their hot drinks never tasted like burn coffee beans. Beats Starbucks hands down every time. Keep up the fantastic work!!

I had a wicked hangover that day but my girl got me a mango smoothie and it was just like, all good. Just like all the sudden. It's nuts dude, what a smoothie can do.

We have visited a different coffee shop every morning of our vacation and this has by far been the BEST experience we’ve had. They had lots of sugar free syrup/milk options and made sure each drink was made just how we wanted it. The two girls working were SO friendly. We hope to come back here soon!!!!!! Warm & inviting staff. Happy to create the tasty beverage of your choice & offer a nice sampling of fresh treats. They're happy to warm them up if you'd like. A joy to have a shop like theirs on the Westside of town. Prices are reasonable.

While the coffee is good, this business is supposed to open for business at 0600. Rarely are they ready to serve at 0600. No one shows up until 0600 so nothing is ready. At 0600 there is usually a line of cars 4 to 6 deep. Management needs to address this.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. My drinks are always perfect and I get through the drive-thru line fast no matter how many cars. The employees are so sweet and they always get things right - if they don’t they make it right.
