The Bodacious Brew Thru

Definitely heed the advice of others and plan at least 30 minutes of free time before getting into this drive thru, even if you're dropping by for just a coffee. Service is slow. My hot coffee was warm, at best. The taste is decent and the ladies are kind, but definitely take their time as well.

I would say the coffee is okay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. I couldn’t quite pinpoint what I didn’t love about the coffee, but I just didn’t. I’m very particular about syrups, so that may have been what I didn’t love. I also wish they had more flavors and house creations (syrup/sauce combos with cutesy names lol). The menu is boring, but at least the caramel latte kept my caffeine headache away. Extra star for the nice little playground and some tables to sit at.

My husband and I went there this morning about an hour before the veterans parade started. There were at least 10-12 people waiting. We ordered two blueberry muffins and one coffee. I got the two blueberry muffins in about 20 minutes but my coffee took 45 minutes to get done. The girls were working as hard as they could but I blame this on management. There needs to be more people to help everybody. The drive-through seem like they got faster service. Do better! You need to read your comments. I am so tired of lack of customer service. Meaning they need more help!

Brew thru, I love you. I really do. You are in the perfect location for me to get my morning coffee. The one thing I would suggest is please get your oven and fridges looked at. I love getting my lil morning breakfast but it seems like so often your oven or fridge is broken. Coming from the heart, y’all got it going on. Your oven and fridges need to step it up.

It's not the best coffee I've had (inconsistent quality throughout multiple visits). The service has been excellent. They put on an Easter Egg Hunt and it was great! The early learning garden is such a cute place for kids to hang out and it's really nice sitting out there enjoying the good weather.

Was super excited to try this place but very disappointed. Ordered a white mocha. The coffee was barely warm and super bitter. Tasted very old, no sweetness at all. The girl working the drive thru was super nice.

Good stuff but when they can't make a bagel sandwich but have them available in the store but not at the drive thru and it's half a block away? How hard is it to get what is needed to cover the Brew Thru?

Ever since I moved to Pensacola, the Bodacious Brew Thru has been my favorite coffee spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and make every visit feel very personal. They get to know their customers (especially when you’re a regular like me :)) and I look forward to stopping by in large part because of the awesome customer experience. And the coffee is amazing.. Cold brew on most days, an Angelino w/oat milk if I’m feeling shnazzy, or a cappuccino when it starts to get cool outside. Do yourself a favor and check this place out - chances are you’ll be back!

Service was ok, not unreasonably slow for 10am Saturday. Cold brew was good, but ordered the stuffed breakfast pita & surprised to receive only one half of a small pita - that was strange to me. For example, I've never ordered a bagel at any place & only served half. Also told they were "completely out" of a couple other items we tried to order. Would return bc the location is convenient but with adjusted expectations.
