Love this place! Their coffee is AMAZING, and I have never been disappointed. Their tea is pretty decent too (I am very picky)the cake is pretty dry and leaves something to be desired, but there are so many other delicious options, you won't be sorry for going here!

Visited tonight and the cashiers are not as kind as they use to be and barely smile after being told thank you. I understand having a bad day but an attempted smile would have been nice to show the customer is welcomed. It wasn’t just me this happened to. I really loved coming to this place and applauded them on their customer service. Today was less than worthy of being given 5 stars for that area. Coffee still is bomb despite the lack of friendliness. So if you don’t care about friendliness then still recommend for sure.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Pensacola. Sometimes it gets a little noisy. Can't wait for their new location across the street to open soon. The chicken salad is great. Their rewards program is also great.

Never really loved any coffee I've gotten from here but I've liked them. I just always expected the flavors to jump out more than they have. I appreciate all the variety though and the super awesome staff

TALK ABOUT INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got The Benjamin Franklin since it was voted best in Pensacola. Let me tell you that this drink is fantastic! I got mine frozen, but I'm sure it is great all 3 ways to enjoy it. What really made my day...the super awesome crew gave me an slice of complimentary blueberry cheesecake!!! I was sooo excited and it was so delicious! My daughter also approved. 7 yrs old and I will be taking her in the near future so she can get the full experience of this wonderful Cafe. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service!
***UPDATE- I got another chance to enjoy my favorite drink, the 'Benjamin Franklin'. It was made to perfection! DeJay served me through the drive thru. He helped me make up my mind and decide to try the cinnamon strusel coffee cakes...with yummy caramel inside! He was spot on with his advice and knowledge. I am never let down when I come here. DeJay was so delightful. I could tell he really enjoyed his work. It shows through his work ethic. I greatly appreciate each and every person in this Cafe. My favorite place to get coffee EVER...especially bc they have so much to choose from. No matter what you decide, you can't be wrong. The place is full of life. Plenty of tables. A very large selection of craft drinks ($5-$7 a person) The coffee is really good (local roaster). If you are hungry the chicken salad and waffles are a great light brunch. The staff are all lovely and friendly. They share the space with his eye guy buisness, but it is separated enough to not hinder the atmosphere.

My partner brought me here and I had no idea something so amazing was right under my nose. Lol, I have my first appointment to get glasses with them tomorrow. The process was so easy and I received amazing service with helping me pick out my glasses. The coffee and food selection is incredible.

The Coffee Guy Cafe always welcomes you with sweet treats and a variety of coffee to choose from. All of the staff members provide me with their recommendations for the various drinks I choose. The Ambiance is very quaint and peaceful, lots of students I often see studying and people reading books. If you are lucky sometimes you can get a free slice of cake in the late hours of the day! Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program where you can get your 11th drink FREE!

Amazing service and beautiful coffee. I got the Highland Grog and the house blend for my sister. We are visiting our other sister who lives here and we had to come try the eye doctor and coffee shop. Not exactly something you see everyday, unless you are in Pensacola.😏

Staff courteous, coffee is yummy. The problem I have is with the punch card system and it’s failure. I purchased 2 drinks in October and neither punch was put on my card. I spoke with the mgr the next time I went I and my name was put on a list. The 2 punches didn’t show up. The next couple of trips the same process occurred, name on list with no punches placed on my card! When I went in the next time, my punch card was gone and was told it had expired. A new punch card was started and that punch showed up. Now here we are a few weeks later, I go in and the old punch card is back with the new one that was started. That was 2 weeks ago and that purchase has not showed up! And the drink I purchased last night has not showed up! What gives? So out of 5 visits, only one punch has appeared on my cards! Do I go back to the green star company or head to the new place that has now opened up that uses a smile system. Neither one has failed to give me my stars or smiles!☹️ come on coffee guy figure the problem and fix it! I love your coffee!
