I was so excited to try this place! The bakery items are amazing but they do have limited choices and I believe they’re not completely the same everyday. The food was good but unfortunately not great. The service was also very slow. I’m not sure if it was due to staffing issues but there weren’t that many people when we went. Overall, I would recommend ordering ahead of time and picking it up instead of dining in.

After reading the reviews, I decided to order door dash from here. Their food was not amazing. The first time I ordered could have been an off day, so I tried again. I left some special instructions as they left no way to ask for the eggs doneness through the order. None of the instructions were followed. When I called to let them know the manager was very rude and unforgiving after I just spent $80 for food. I have half my order in the trash! Wasted $13.

We struggled to find a clean table. We had to sit at one that wasn't clean and had to ask to have it cleaned. We waited several minutes for someone to take our order. We waited even longer to get our order, only to receive incorrect drinks. The cinnamon roll was OK. The young man sweeping the floor left a whole bunch of stuff underneath the table and I never saw him wipe them.

Simply the best!! I love this place!! The food is divine and their delectable desserts are sinful! The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Serena and her staff are an amazing group of people and they provide excellent service for any occasion! I highly recommend this beautiful Cafe!!

Wonderfully quaint atmosphere. Very friendly service. Excellent food. Very reasonably priced. Some of the best chicken salad I’ve had. The pastries are amazing too. It reminded me of an elegant, but comfy little tea house you might find tucked away in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

I have always loved the food and my experience here but now I will likely not be back. I came in with my husband and there were two waitresses and not a single patron. We decided to sit outside and I asked the waitress if we should order or if they serve the table and she said I will bring menus out to you. We went and sat outside for 5 minutes and nothing. I went back in to ask if someone was coming out and before I could say anything the girl said I'm sorry I forgot, our boss was talking to us. I said okay and turned around expecting her to follow me out, she did not. I sat back down and after a minute was annoyed so told my husband we should just leave. As we were walking out she was at the door and I said "I have never had bad service here and I'm super disappointed ". She retorted "you just got here", to which I replied "we have been here for over 5 minutes and we are the only people here so we should at least have been given menus". She said how her boss was talking to them again and I told her I'm sure her boss would have allowed her to acknowledge and deliver menus to the ONLY table in the place before the chat. So sad!

Maybe it was just a bad day for them, yet I am confused how we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant and there were 4 people working and it took them 20 minutes to decide to bring us water, then another 10 to come back and take our orders. Around 15 minutes later we got our coffee, and then our food with no plates for the board. I would say we will not be returning. I had the dirty chai and it tasted like coffee water with a sprinkle of cinnamon, vanilla chai was vanilla milk, the best part as when we left. The server’s attitudes were nothing short of a disappointment as well.

Friendly people and really good pastries.... We went for the macarons, but everything looked really good. The macarons we bought were various flavors and all were excellent. Place to go for a sweet treat.

I took my daughter because she is obsessed with hot chocolate. I wanted her to try the hot chocolate bombs. We get seated and then wait. The hostess sees me annoyed and by now my child wants something so I get her a petifor. The waitress sees me annoyed so she gets us water. A waitress apologized and then showed us who our server would be and she greeted us then left and it took so long for her to come back that my daughter had to have another pastry. It took about 30 minutes after we got there and sat down to be served. It felt almost like we were an afterthought. I appreciate our waitress apologizing was fine but the experience that I was excited to have wasn’t good at all.

Came in the other day and ordered a sandwich and a brownie. Both were delicious and the Cajun roast beef was very good. My only suggestion is it took a very long time to make my sandwich. I was the only order the staff was working on and I appreciate attention to detail but when you are looking for a quick lunch you don’t always have 15 minutes to wait for a sandwich. Overall still enjoyed my lunch and would visit again when in Pensacola.
