Love this place, food is great and reasonably priced. Great service too!

My food was delicious. I had shrimp cooked in butter and herb blend. New potatoes. My husband had the $26 8 oz Sirloin which was very tough. He was very disappointed. He actually choked trying to swallow one bite. The waiter told us some people at another table also complained and he had reported it to the kitchen manager. The service was excellent, very attentive. Atmosphere was comfortable albeit a bit loud.

I would like to say that our meal was good and we will be back but I can not. Let me begin by saying we were a large group and were seated quickly by very friendly hostesses. Our server promptly got our drinks and brought bread and served our appetizers then the entire dinner went horribly wrong. We literally waited an hour and half when we began to question our server as to when our food would arrive. She quickly apologized and went to check then to return and tell us that our meal had not even begun to be started yet. We had been seated before all of the groups around us and I presume we were put off due to our size even though 2 other groups were only 2 persons less than us. When our food arrived literally hours later some of it was cold and some luke warm and one meal was completely inedible. We immediately voiced our disappointment and the server addressed issues with management only to be offered free dessert and removal of inedible item. A total slap in the face for a $500 bill. No manager ever came to our table or apologized and made no real attempt to rectify the situation. Only our poor apologetic server attempted to make things right and whom you could tell was completely embarrassed by the lack of competence in their management. I felt totally sorry for them and apologized to them for being put in a such a position by their management. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning and would advise other to go elsewhere. There are several other much better restaurants in close proximity within the same price point for much better food. If I could give it a negative star I would.

The only positive I can provide about this restaurant was our serving. When my group first arrived (after we called ahead) we were seated momentarily and our order was taken soon after. After an hour of waiting we questioned the status of our order, only to find out there were several tables ahead of us and it would be longer until we were served. We patiently waited, as our server did her best to hurry the process. After three hours we were served. Most of our dishes were barely warm. One of our dishes was truly inedible; to the point it was sent back after one bite. After the frustration, not one manager attempted to console us. Our server was a messenger and to us this was embarrassing for the business. The manager sent a message through our server offering three free deserts on a ticket that was well over $500. To us this was a true slap in the face, especially since a manager had yet to attempt to come out to resolve the issues we had. Despite our issues our server was very empathetic and attentive. She went out of her way to help in any way she could. My family will not be returning to this establishment!!!!

This place was amazing. We were greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. The young man even had a love for our friends car and they chatted about that while we waited all of 5 minutes, if that long. We were seated pretty quick without a reservation. Whixh was probably just perfect timing. I was pleased with the area that we were seated as well.
The young lady that waited on us stated it was her first day. As being a former waitress and dining room manager I was very impressed with her attitude and level of service. She did an amazing job. I loved the atmosphere, the service, attentiveness and the food was amazing.
I always forget to take photo's when the food arrives so enjoy a few half eaten food plates. The last one shows you how good the food really was. 😃 The photos you will not see because we were hungry. The grouper bites are delicious and those cheese sticks.....I would go back just to get the cheese sticks. The gumbo is good, fried pickles were the way I like them and the mushrooms are massive in size and very tasty. The crab cakes are great as well.

Highly recommend eating here! My son and I enjoyed an awesome birthday dinner tonight after finding C Level on Google. It was FANTASTIC! Delicious food, generous serving sizes, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The crab legs especially blew us away. I wish I could explain how huge they were, but my son's giant hand will need to do. Ha!
Thanks for a great night, C Level and John! We'll definitely be coming back!

TL;DR: Don't come in groups of 6 or more, don't order appetizers, don't order extra bread. It's overrated. Attitude toward negative reviews is toxic.
We decided on dinner at C-Level grill because of the amazing reviews and pictures of awesome looking food. We were able to make a reservation since we heard they fill up quickly. Unfortunately, they were completely out of chicken and pickles (we like fried pickles). With that, the kids in our group and our diabetic relative were disappointed. Additionally, the Kids menu has items that are not actually on the menu anymore and they do not have the ability to make.
Our table was very closely packed in with others and squeezing by other patrons to get to the bathroom was a chore.
The decor left much to be desired. It reminded me of my in-laws guest bathroom more than a restaurant. The ceiling was covered in spray foam insulation. That said, I've had some good food in plain and ugly places.
The bread provided is subpart at best. It's almost identical to the yeast rolls we pickup at the grocery store. Additional "bread service" is NOT complimentary.
I passed on a salad but it looked absolutely pathetic and did not do well at our table for those who ordered it.
I am not a crab person, but everyone else raved over the Crab Queso we got. They described it as "crab, queso and spices" (after it was half done they didn't want anymore saying that once they weren't starving, it was more like a little crab mixed in Velveeta). To me it tasted like leftover crab meat mixed in premade queso.
The Smoked Tuna Dip was just not as good as I've had elsewhere in PCB.
My wife tried the chocolate lover's martini, but found it not to her taste. I thought it was pretty good. A heavy cream and chocolate flavor on a dry base without any unnecessary sweetness. It was not a hit with anyone else.
At this point we are collectively worried about the rest of the meal. Appetizers and drinks seem to indicate that this will not exceed the cheaper options available on Front Beach Road even if it's a good meal.
Several in our group got the C-Platter. They all loved the shrimp and the snow crab legs. My sister had the grilled pineapple and raved about it. My wife practically force fed me shrimp (was delicious). The grouper was ok, and some of our group said the flounder was good as well.
I had the Mahi Mahi and found it to be up to par with an excellent parmesan sauce. I had an Anita root beer and a water to drink. Both were empty before I finished eating and I was never offered a refill. To be fair, other servers seemed to be consistently checking on their tables (regardless of party size).
Sides:
Truffle New potatoes - good, but not my thing
Fries - well salted with a decent flavor from whatever else was fried in the same grease (fishy).
Sweet Potato Fries - crispy, delicious and hot.
Saffron Rice - I felt like it was a bit overcooked, but it tasted right flavor-wise.
Considering the price of the meal and the service, I regret ordering subpart appetizers, coming in a group of 6+ (automatic gratuity with terrible service), and ordering the Saffron Rice. Rarely seeing the server felt like a side effect of the auto 20% tip (~$60) that you pay when the group id
6+ people. I understand the reason behind it, but it felt abused for this visit.
I probably won't be back, but only because several other restaurants have shown me better food/service.
Edit: Someone mentioned "alarming" trends in the reviews here. It looks like the response to negative reviews is fairly toxic. Not a good sign.

We have ate here twice. First time was good and I would recommend them. This time - mine was good but hubby's steak of medium rare was well when he got it. Servers we're good but they had way to many tables plus so many customers the kitchen couldn't keep up. We also went early. We will try them again but maybe when it is off season. All places have good and bad days. Oh and hubby hates to tell if his food is bad for re cook. He just takes it and moves on.

Rhett is a fantastic server! He answered all of our questions very patiently and all of his recommendations were spot on. The best shrimp and grits we've ever had! The service was excellent, (Rhett is the best!) and our food came out very promptly. We will definitely be back! One of our new favorites! I do recommend making a reservation.

I went for my Sunday birthday dinner here because my sons said C Level had the best prime rib. I was not disappointed, which says a lot because I'm picky about my prime rib! Along with it, I had the best tasting sweet potato fries I've ever had and a side of the brussel sprouts, which are generously sprinkled with bacon bits and drizzled with balsamic dressing. My son and DIL thoroughly enjoyed their shrimp and grits. Pure culinary heaven!
We went early at 5pm since there were four adults and a 14 month old.
It was nice because we got take advantage of happy hour beverages.
Also, by the time we finished eating, the place was packed!
I highly recommend trying this establishment. You will have top-notch service with so many menu choices. Everyone will be happy!
