The food menu is very good, has common local fine dining options with some special twists and lots of fried items for good measure. The drink menu is quite inventive. Expect to spend $50 or more per person for the works: appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts. First impression here was a rave review. After going several times, walk-in service in the bar seems to be hit or miss. You'll either get an immediate, attentive, knowledgeable server or you will wait. And wait. A really long time. For everything. Even if the restaurant is half empty and the bar has open seats and tables. If this is going to be your expensive special occasion night out, I would recommend making a reservation and specifying you'd like a server/table in the main dining area to ensure your night goes smoothly. In my experience, they tend to have the bartender serving food and drink to all of the bar guests, at least some of the bar high tops, and still making all the drinks for the whole restaurant. The Pear-fect Mule is good and the Cool As A Cucumber is fun. But know you'll be waiting for them. If you like seafood, the grouper is wonderful. The prime rib is also very popular and I recommend the shrimp and grits and the Brussels sprouts. Granted, you can absolutely get by cheaper with some yummy chicken wings or a burger and a beer, which bring back memories of the original location.

Outstanding restaurant. Great service and a great atmosphere. This restaurant checks all of the boxes. Great for a business dinner, s celebration or just a date night. The C Level Seafood Platter was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Very affordable and convenient.

Tried C level for the first time. One of the best meals we have had in PCB. We will definitely be back when we come back down. Service was very quick and our waitress was super friendly.

We visited this place this evening and we were pleased. The service was great. The food was fresh. The rolls were so hot you could barely touch them.. Cheese stick were also fresh and piping hot. Really nice experience..

Staff was nice but the prime rib was extremely tuff and over priced for the quality. Paid 40 dollars for 16 oz and got less than 12 oz. Snapper was good.

Food was fantastic! I'm a local and I've been waiting for a slower time to visit. Definitely worth the wait and will definitely be back. Best cheese grits I've EVER had.
Visited again tonight for mine and my Bestie's Galentines Dinner. Food was great as usual. The cheese grits are to Die for!!!

On the first night of our vacation in PCB, we asked the locals where we were staying to recommend some good local seafood joints. A whole bunch of places were recommended, but C-Level was the only place that *everyone* mentioned. So that sounded like a solid hit to me.
It is a pretty casual dining experience, owing to what I've read are its origins as a dive bar before Hurricane Michael devastated the area. I was very impressed with the wait staff; everyone was very attentive and friendly. But the best part was when I had a lot of trouble deciding, because I'm a Midwest boy and I have zero experience with saltwater fish. So I was surprised when one of the owners, Chaz, came over and helped us navigate the menu. He probably spent 20 to 25 minutes with us, sharing with us about everything from their product sourcing to their preparation.
And now I had a really good idea of what I was in for. Here was a locally-owned place ran by people that had a real passion and care for what they were putting out. I was now expecting a five-star meal.
I got one.
I went with the blackened grouper (being most in line with my boring freshwater tastes) and it was fantastic. Also, I'm used to "blackened" being a codeword for "spicy" at most places these days, but this was simply a mild seasoning and searing that accented the dish rather than overpowering it. Other dishes at my table were the mahi-mahi and the prime rib, which was incredibly tender and flavorful.
Everything here is obviously fresh and scratch-made, from the main courses to the sauces. And you feel like you should be paying a lot more for such excellence, but this place is amazingly right in the typical fast-casual price range.
So calling this place a "hidden gem" in PCB? Yeah, that's pretty accurate to me. I will absolutely visit this place every time I'm in the area.

Understated yet chic and upmarket place for a good relaxing meal with friends and family. Their seafood menu is pretty good. Our server was great and she took good care of us. Her recommendations turned out well. We enjoyed the snow crab legs the most. Being a somewhat upmarket place in a touristy city, don't expect it to be cheap. But will highly recommended and will surely visit again.

I must say a little overrated but nothing much on the beach is better than here. It was worth the price. I'm from Atlanta and we are tired of the same spots. I am glad we came here overall. The ambiance was pretty good. Waiter was sufficient.
