Roasting Plant Coffee in The Fresh Market

What an amazing experience! Michael was so kind and walked us through the science of coffee. Their in house machine is absolutely incredible to watch- I only drink tea and I still highly enjoyed this coffee adventure! Definitely recommend. My cell phone pictures don’t do it enough justice!

Love The Roasting Plant! Freshest coffee and very unique experience. You can watch the coffee beans roast and can definitely taste the difference between other coffee brands. The manager is also very knowledgeable and helpful 😊 They do coffee tastings on the weekend days if you want to get a few samples!

I can’t get enough of a cappuccino with Sumatra beans. It’s the freshest cup of coffee you can ever have. Seeing your beans being roasted right in front of you is nothing short of amazing. Never had an experience like this. Do yourself a favor, get it, buy it, love it! Way to go Fresh Market!!!

The Roasting Plant has the best coffee on PGA Boulevard. In addition to having the most flavorful beans, The Roasting Plant has the friendliest employees! Alex greets me by name with a smile each morning and is intentional about making fun conversation. The manager, Matt, always remembers my go-to order! I also always enjoy seeing Carrie who is very kind and helpful!

Evan is an awesome barista at the Palm Beach Gardens Fresh Market Roasting Plant. They are super friendly, offers great recommendation and crafts really delicious beverages. They really seem to enjoy their job. Thank you Evan.

Best coffee ever!! My husband and I are always on the lookout for great coffee. Since they opened up this fresh market, we get a latte while we shop and then get the freshly grounded beans from roasting plant to bring home. The baristas are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They offer suggestions and they make the whole experience even better!

Finally got a coffee date with the hubby. Love the novel fresh roasted beans when you order! Great selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries galore. Top notch service, every time!

Great experience! I want to try my first ethiopian blend coffee. It was terrific. The beans are transported from the shelf to the coffee grinder and brew machine. I was like a child in awe. Try it!

Best tasting coffee. I love the options of the different beans. I had an amazing cappuccino made by Evan, with the Peruvian beans & oat milk…so creamy & so fresh. I purchased a bag of the beans to take home & I will definitely be back for more. 5 stars!
