Roasting 9 single origins and 5 blends FRESH DAILY! Every cup ground and brewed FRESH- from Filter style, and espresso drinks to cafecitos, affogato, and killer coffee shakes- THIS! is DELICIOUS!

I absolutely love this FRESH coffee. It’s the best that PGA has to offer. I get a cup Atleast 3 times a week.

Love the roasting plant! I and my husband love and enjoy coffee. They amazing options! They roast the beans and grind it in front of you!

They also allow you to taste the coffee flavor the way you like to have it.
A little expensive but worth it.

The Roasting Plant at the Fresh Market on PGA is awesome. The coffee is so fresh and tastes great. Best coffee anywhere. Tremendous variety from which to choose. And the baristas are terrific. So friendly and personable and they really know their stuff when it comes to preparing the drinks. What a great addition to the neighborhood!

I can’t say enough about the Roasting Plant coffee venue within The Fresh Market!!!! It’s absolutely stunning and some of (if not) the best coffee program out there. Not only do they have delicious coffee but the breakfast sandos are phenomenal and smoothies are out of this world!

You can sit outside under the awning which have fans with misters on them
which makes for such an enjoyable experience!!

This should be your next and only coffee shop to frequent!

Good customer service - I had come in late in the evening, right after they turned off the oven, and the guy still made the breakfast sandwich for me. Will definitely be back to try the coffee!

Love Fresh Market coffee shop. Super neat roaster machine roasting over 10 different varieties. Make sure to ask for Alex. He is a super nice guy with lots of coffee knowledge. He will help you to pick an awesome cup for you. Also, they provide sample brews as well. All in all an awesome experience…
