Ok drinks, rude staff. Young man and young woman working and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. She actually looked at the co-worker after I asked a question as if I was really asking that question. I tipped them and no thank you. I overheard both of them saying they're 25. I am appalled that someone of that age range would not have any manners or any customer service skills. The place in the mall has better boba and actually care about your business.

I went here with my sister yesterday and the first thing we noticed is how fun and clean the place was inside. The workers were very nice and helpful (It was out first time getting boba) my sister ordered something she didn't really like and they remade it for free with no problem. Overall 10/10

The lady who took my owner was so nice and professional, but still treated me and my friends as if we were long time friends. Definitely worth dropping by. I ordered a Matcha Snow and a Butterfly Pea fruit tea, I highly recommend both.

Use to love the place but worker seem to have an attitude while making my drinks…, expect more friendly service considering the fact I always tip

Nice little shop. Plenty of flavors to choose from and several types of boba to add to your drinks. Prices are reasonable. It's nice to have some boba in our area!

I've gone here a dozen times since my original post. Just went again January 2023, same great flavors and quick courteous service. Always a good atmosphere! Double boba for the win.

The place is beautiful and the patio they have is so pretty. The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I also love their Thai boba and I typically dont like it very much. There is a big downfall though. Every time I've gone to this place they are out of tapioca pearls. I took my friend for her birthday and she said that wasnt the first time this happened. I went again and they still were out. Very good place but they do have to improve here.

Staff was very friendly, the store was nice and clean, and the bobba was delicious.

It's great to see Ocala offer a fun bubble tea place. It would be nice to see a bit more weekend hours and the drinks were a bit more sweet than I prefer, but it's definitely a place worth visiting!
