Awesome coffee, atmosphere, and service!! Everything about it is way better than Starbucks and it’s veteran owned. I love the food.. the wrap and cookies are my favorite. Definitely need to stop by and check it out!

Was finally able to stop by and check it out. I was very pleased. The shop looks great. There is a plentiful supply of all the coffee products for brewing at home, plus lots of swag. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The coffee they brewed up for me was great. I was turned on to the Fit Fuel, that I really enjoyed. The price for coffee seemed on par or cheaper than comparable coffee shops. I didn’t try any food on this trip, but it looked tasty and fresh. I’ve been a BRCC customer for years and I’m very happy, to have a shop close by. Check it out, you’ll be happy you did. AATW!

I have been a fairly regular customer for the past six months and love the atmosphere for studying or simply chilling out. I love that this business supports the military which makes me want to support Black Rifle in return. I have enjoyed friendly, professional customer service more times than not, but unfortunately my last visit was not in that category. I waited for the customer in front of me to walk away and then approached the counter where I was greeted by blank stares by the young barista as wall as an older lady. It was an incredibly awkward moment making me feel as if I were all of a sudden invisible. After a pregnant pause, the older lady told me that there was a man ahead of me. Excuse me? He had walked away; how am I to know that his transaction isn’t complete? What makes this infuriatingly frustrating is that this is NOT the first time this has happened! There has got to be a better way to handle customers who have ordered, and then all of a sudden decide that they want to go back and purchase merchandice in the front of the store. There has also got to be a more polite and professional way to inform the unknowing customer walking up that they will be helped shortly. I honestly can’t say if I will be a return customer.

I so badly wanted to like this place, but I ordered a pumpkin spice latte that was the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life. I tasted no pumpkin in my coffee, it has an extreme dirt/soil taste. I am not sure whether I have to ask for cream and sugar with it. I assumed it would be made with it like shown in the photo on the menu. Staff was friendly and great, but I don't know if I'm willing to spend another $5 something trying another coffee that I had to throw out 😭 giving it a 4 star since it was the first day of opening.

Hours on google, website and at the store say they close at 10 , that’s false though. Horrible way to run a business especially one that just opened

High quality all around! Nice place, fast service, excellent quality and employees are kind. I like that they are selling their coffee for home and they have other product like the hats and shirts. Really good place to hang out after a workout or have a team breakfast. 💪

I was so excited to see a free standing BRC, I whipped my car around faster than your mom's boyfriend when he sees your dad in the driveway. As I walked in, ready for some afternoon delight, I sadly realized I was a week too early for their opening. The staff was still incredibly friendly, and the store looks amazing. I can't wait to try again next trip to town.
