Black Rifle Coffee Company

Went this morning to get an crushed ice coffee or tea drink through the drive thru at around 8:30 am today and the worker was not helpful at all to me. Was told they only have cube ice drinks and I just left, not sure if I will go back. Veteran 😞 disappointed.(Frappuccino, not a normal 6$ cup of Joe drinker, just wanted to treat myself and it went sideways)

I have recently started taking a 20-25 minute drive to Black Rifle for studying purposes. There are locations near me such as Starbucks to study. However, what makes me want to travel to Black Rifle besides their coffee is the AMAZING customer service. Halle is one of the few who have positively made an impact on my experience of wanting to come back. Today she assisted me with understanding a shirt/coffee promotion and when she was unsure of questions I had she asked her coworker Corey and a Supervisor who seemed to be off the clock for clarification. The teamwork among all and the patience provided was definitely appreciated. Valentina and Victoria were helpful throughout my time spent at Black Rifle as well (along with a young man who is allergic to tree nuts like I am). Thank you Halle, Corey, Valentina, Victoria, the allergic to tree nuts guy, and the unknown supervisor for making me feel welcomed, making me feel like a valued customer, and always maintaining above and beyond customer service!

It’s Black Rifle Coffee. What else can I say. American veteran owned and operated. They only hire American veterans and offer military, veteran, first responder discounts. Their prices are super reasonable compared to other similar businesses. And most importantly their products taste quite good. We’re luckily to get one of the few BRC locations in our area. I highly recommend Black Rifle Coffee to all fellow coffee lovers.

Wonderful establishment with outstanding coffee. Love the atmosphere and employee's were so helpful. Grab your coffee here and stay a while. Started by Veteran's and really is a great place. I'll give my money to them freely, so much better then the big corporate coffee shop that I won't name.

Finally got to visit the new location in Niceville. Black Rifle Coffee did not disappoint! The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The white mocha (the big boy 24 oz with a really fair price) tasted great. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Black Rifle!

Nitro flavor not great and egg white power wrap was bland and small considering the price. Staff was super friendly and store was very nice. Will try some other menu items and update review if it gets better.

The honey oat milk latte was recommended to me & it did not disappoint!

Did the drive through option:
- service was quick and friendly
- coffees were delicious and very smooth (vanilla latte is probably one of the best I've tried)
- breakfast sandwiches were tasty - they only need a hash brown to be perfect
- everything was reasonably priced

Overall 10/10 recommend

Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Went because my husband enjoyed their keurig pods so we had high expectations. Got an iced white mocha and it was awful. My husband also got a drink that was terrible as well and immediately gave us both heartburn. We’ll stick to the keurig cups.
