My experience here was wonderful! The staff were very kind and patient, and we were given excellent personal service from who I assume is the owner. I've lived in Navarre all my life and I've been going out of my way to go to local businesses and this one has been my favorite by far. The coffee was wonderful as well but I truly think the environment earned the rating all by itself

This is the coffee shop we needed here in Navarre. Classic cafe vibes with plenty of room to hang out. Diverse coffee flavors and tasty baked goods. Staff is amazing as well!

Walking in was a complete and wonderful surprise! The phrase "don't judge a book by its cover" definitely applies. While situated in a basic looking commercial building, inside the front door is different world! Spacious and open, with cafè and separate family room style seating area, including a semi-divided area for small kiddos, and a 'chalk-wall' for aspiring artists. The variety of basic and fancy coffees, as well as some non-coffee beverages was complete. Will definitely return to enjoy this comfortable and pet friendly atmosphere.

If you care at all about coffee quality go ahead and give bulldog a pass and look elsewhere. Based on my personal opinion they lack the experience and the know-how to produce a good espresso. The pastries that were offered were unimaginative and did not display well. They do have a lounge area where one can hang out for several hours and books for kids. I will come back in a few months hopefully by then they will have improved the coffee situation and I will provide another review at that time. The best thing they could do is hire a barista or someone with a lot of experience to train the staff on the art of making great espresso. They also seem to lack the skills of steaming milk or half and half. They did warm it but it lacked body, foam and creaminess. The sad looking bundt cake did not help matters. I truly hope they can turn things around, they seem like nice people with good intentions.
