The Salty Donut

Honestly these donuts are so good. The flavors really compliment each other and work so well. I got a variety of flavors and let me tell you, they were DELICIOUS!!!. One of the best that I’ve had. These are a bit pricey but of course you get what you pay for and these are definitely worth it. If you ever wanted something sweet you should definitely check them out.

I swear I read reviews upon reviews of this place and I was afraid that it was all hype.

It's not!!

I mean who wants to drive over an hour to a shop and then be disappointed, am I right? 🙈

I am so glad I decided to give this place a try!This is the only place I'm getting donuts from now on! 🍩 Can we even call them donuts? They are crafted so beautifully and every bite I take makes me want more! 😍❤ I don't think I've ever tasted donuts this good before! Seriously!!

When I arrived, they have everything ready for covid protocol, and have separate sections depending on if you are ordering on the spot, or if you're picking up an online order! Staff was super friendly and helpful too! 😄

The store is located behind the pink barricades, so look for them on the street and just walk right up!
I understand people were not happy about having to pay for parking on the street, but welcome to Miami! This isn't something the shop can control. I just used the street near Salvation Army and crossed over! Easy.

Overall, the Salty Donut is the definition of donut heaven! Hands down!! Stop reading this review and get your butt over there now! 👍

I ordered for pickup and got the driest nastiest donut, it tasted like it was the floor the display for the past week. they obviously lost a customer for life.

If you are craving something sweet, you’re going to love this place! Their donuts are delicious, in both their traditional and inventive versions. Some of their creative originals are a hybrid between a more sophisticated dessert with a donut, and can also be enjoyed for special occasions and celebrations... Go ahead, take a break, and allow yourself to get back to your inner child!

Delicious donuts with a great variety of flavors. We had the guava and cheese, the traditional, the cinnamon roll, and the neapolitan. The latter is the best of the bunch by far, and definitely worth having it more than once.

Stellar donuts, must try! Their yeast donut are fluffy, rich and delightful. Their sweetness is balanced and the texture is delicate. It reminded me of the quality you typically get in japan.

Their creative donuts are oftentimes too sweet and unbalanced, so I go for the basic one, but if you like passion fruit, chocolate and other flavors, you might enjoy their upscaled versions.

Honestly these are the best donuts I've ever had. The staff was super kind and friendly, too. Very welcoming and helped me pick out what to eat when I was unsure, as I was a new guest! Definitely cant wait to go there again, worth the lengthy drive for the food and staff!

All donuts were delicious my favorite one guvava and cheese. Service is quick and staff is very friendly

Late Afternoon/Early evening visit. Everything exposed to the open air. Dim, unwelcoming environment. I ordered 6 cinnamon sugar holes($3/6ct.)and Brown butter&salt cake donut($4/ea.). Holes were hard,dry,&bland. The brown butter donut had better texture but $4 it missed the mark by far especially with the sharp contrast of the salt to the browned butter. Just too much....

Aurora and Louie are the absolute best! Their hospitality and customer service is truly unmatched. They got me to try the Guava and Cheese (I despise guava) and it was incredible. I would come back here everyday just to get their service!
