The Salty Donut

The donuts are amazing. Loved the tres leches and white chocolate. The dough, the toppings, the fillings and the flavors are all excellent. Highly recommend this place.

the donuts are the best, espresso pulled good too. The staff, meh. Basic attitude of I'm here because i need a job. Actually overheard that while enjoying my tres leche donut and cortado. clientele is tourist heavy,what can you do though. it just the way it is. Such a good product though and ordering online for pick up a plus.

The Salty donut hits it out of the park every time! They’ve set the standard in gourmet donuts and products. Everything always has incredible flavors! There’s a rotating selection of donuts to try so you’ll always find something new when you visit.

The donuts are just ok. But the service and the coffee was great.

Tried the classic glazed, brown butter, cannoli, blueberry pop tart and Oreo bites. None stood out to us and the cake donuts were dry.

The brown sugar cold brew was good and they threw together a chocolate milk for my kid that was tasty.

Read alot about this famous donut place in Miami (i guess they have stores in Dallas, Austin as well) and hence pre-ordered my donuts even before I got to Miami so I could pickup these donuts when I was in town. I ordered the affogato, tres leches, guava cheese and hazelnut orea flavors. I devoured the guava cheese, affogato and hazelnut oreo flavors. The guava cheese I think was my fav mild flavors of guava with cheese balancing it well. The affogato was also tasty and sl was the hazelnut oreos (pure bliss). The tres leches not much. I honestly could not taste the tres leches much hence reduced a star. Nevertheless the donuts were delicious and a couple of them held up pretty well for a day too. The pickup process was smooth and you have no line just walkin show your order # and walk out with this box of deliciousness. If you want to try them then plz pre- order cos I did read that they get sold out of their popular flavors on the day off. Give them a try. They have something for every donut lover here.

Salty Donut in Wynwood is a must-visit spot. The donuts are amazing and the staff is friendly and attentive. The flavors they have and the combination of salt and sweetness make them stand out from the rest. I highly recommend trying the Boston Cream, Brown Butter + Salt, and the Strawberry 🍓 Short Cake. They also have amazing coffee and cold ice teas.
Overall, it's a great spot for a sweet treat in Wynwood.

I'll start with the positives: the tres leches and the ube pina colada donuts are AMAZING! Those alone are definitely worth the visit.
However. We waited 20 minutes for a coffee and a tea, because the place is severely understaffed and the associates that are there are incredibly slow and forgetful. This caused a huge crowd in there and it was all just a mess. And once my coffee finally made it to me, it was terrible, overly sweet, to the point where it literally just felt like drinking maple syrup. Also, the brown butter-salt donut was stale (no, it's not the "special dough" - it was stale, it's easy to tell the difference), which is also pretty disappointing for a $4+ donut.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Their donuts are incredibly delicious! Please try them if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it.

Cool spot - but not enough seating (only 2 stools).

I prefer cakey donuts but these were very dense and heavy so they weren’t my favorite. Also, the cold brew was too bitter/sour for my palate. 🤷🏻‍♂️
