Foxtail Coffee Co. - Hotel Melby

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint! All of the employees were SO friendly and hospitable and really made it enjoyable to be there. I was really impressed with their customer service. Met the owner too and she is lovely as well! Coffee was delicious! Next time I want to try it with lavender. Also want to try their cold brew flight.
It’s also a nice place to hang out, socialize, or get some work done. There are lots of windows so it’s very bright and airy and big wooden tables with lots of seating. This will be my new go-to!

Good tasting coffee and a nice atmosphere. You can sit outside or inside in the AC while sipping your drink.

FINALLY some great coffee in Melbourne. I’ve been searching high and low to try and find some decent coffee while in town. Anyone would think coffee is a rare commodity in this region- so hard to find a good coffee!! I drove past Foxtail after visiting Sun Shop Café nearby and threw their coffee straight in the trash! The difference was like night and day. I’ll be back!

Didn’t have the coffee i wanted. was told the machine was broken/down. was told that they have bottled but couldn’t find it. ordered two ice coffees which were both wrong. also ordered a chocolate croissant 🥐, received a regular. ordered a banana bread as well and had to ask twice to have them warmed up. cashier couldn’t figure out how to use card and asked “can’t you just go get cash” then when someone else came to do the transaction gave themselves a 20% tip before even asking or allowing for us to pay. overall poor service and unhappy 🙁 experience.
