Excellent coffee! Just opened a week ago so working out some kinks but the girl was super sweet about it. Caffe Latte was great! Super cute place

Oh man. The coffee here is SO good. I have been to two Foxtails in the Melbourne area. Both good with good service.

Great Coffee but their food is very OK, not representative of how good the coffee of the place looks.

I love foxtail coffee in general, but the folks at this location always go the extra mile to be helpful, even when I place online orders. Love love love this place.

This place is pretty nice, come here pretty often. The coffee can be kinda bland and burnt at times, but service is good and atmosphere is noce.

Went to Foxtail at Hotel Melby for the first time last week and I was blown away by the friendly staff and delicious coffee! I was helped by AJ, who was very knowledgeable about the shop and exuded kindness and enthusiasm in our interactions. He made me a great latte, and I also got a donut that was small town bakery-level good. Foxtail is my new go-to morning coffee place!

Just stopped by for an espresso at Foxtail Coffee , first time tried it...It is pretty good! The interior is very European too! 👍

Front girl was rude taking my order, tipped 18% and she forgot to make my drink. Everyone else was served before me. I was waiting about 30 minutes for a tea and decided to just ask for my money back. Left with neither my drink or refund because she didn’t have the ability to give me a refund. Someone else handed me a free drink card. (Which isn’t really free because I paid for a drink I never received). Still seemed to have an attitude when I asked for a refund. First and last time I’ll go, I’ll give the drink card to someone else.

Coffee is amazing, service is as good as it can be. Went on a Sunday morning, There was a line all the way through the hotel lobby. There was one girl behind the counter and she was hustling. After 20 minutes of waiting in line I ordered my drinks and handed her my credit card for her to manually enter into the system, instead of easily swiping it like everywhere else in the world. I assume they don't have those capabilities for whatever reason. She was doing her best with the tools that were given to her. You would think that with all the coupons out for foxtail right now that manager would make sure that the shop is fully staffed and set up for success. Management, step up.

I work nearby and have visited the rooftop bar, but didn't try the coffee until I received awesome coupons in the mail! I'll definitely be back. Staff and coffee bar itself are small, but they're nice, fast, and the lounge area (indoor and out) is cute and has lots of seating. Second visit today, I had a nitro coconut mocha cold brew with an extra shot, and it is very yummy. The young woman helping me was also knowledgeable and had tried everything, which was a plus.
