Bold Cup Coffee

The customer service is amazing, matching the quality of the coffee and food sold here. Every morning I'm met with a friendly face, and even just after my first time here I was remembered. I highly recommend that everyone at least tries Bold Cup Coffee, I've been nothing less than amazed by them.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Worst part about it is living far from it. I came here a few days ago and asked the baristas for a drink that I normally order at Dunkin (Charlie Cold Brew or what not) and when I tell you... they NAILED it!! When I worked in this area this was my safe haven. Honestly with the skimpy reviews you just have to communicate to the baristas what it is that you want and trust me they execute with excellence in my opinion. The owner is very caring for his business and customers met him once and he blended in with his baristas. That speaks VOLUMES. I hope Bold Cup continues to thrive!

What a cute little coffee shop! It is very clean and spacious. There were lots of people working online and others relaxing with their cup of coffee. The picture menu was very helpful. I order the Tres Leche coffee and it was really good. I was afraid it might be too sweet, but it was just right. My curiosity piqued when I saw a $12 cup of coffee called siphon coffee. No- I didn't try it but it sounded interesting.

Amazing coffee and the owner is just wonderful. He clearly knows his stuff and they roast their own beans. Great staff, Good prices, cute atmosphere in both shops- Viera and on Nasa. The hazelnut latte will never disappoint! Certainly my absolute favorite go-to spot as a local.

Bold Cup Coffee has a new location and it is very, very nice. It is very near their previous location and just about next door to a major high end department store. Most important though, the Latte’s are still the best I have ever had. During the peak of the Covid-19 outbreak, they served all drinks in “paper cups”. In this new location they are serving drinks for “dine in”, in very nice ceramic containers. The owner is often present at the cafe when I go there and is a very friendly and engaging person. For me, I enjoy relaxing and enjoying a Latte at Bold Cup Coffee.

SO! I LOVE this place! The coffee is very good! But I really just want to talk about the staff! Literally every time I come, they’re SO nice to me. I drive to cocoa beach from Port St Lucie, so I like to stop and grab something to sip on during the drive. And Bold Cup Coffee is my new spot!

And thank you Alya (I’m so sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) for giving my unusual order of just almond milk WHILE you were trying to close... I admit, I was definitely being THAT customer.. and she was kind, welcoming, and didn’t make me feel like I was being THAT customer 😂

The coffee is absolutely amazing. They really take their time creating each drink and provide exceptional customer service. Everytime I come in they greet me and make sure to say goodbye when I leave. I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee. The atmosphere is really cool and laid back. They’re very knowledgeable about their drinks and are very friendly. I always have a good time and love going there to study. Alex is amazing and meets your every need. He makes a really good cup of coffee and I love the latte art. Over all the bold cup is my favorite coffee shop and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good coffee and good vibes.

Made the decision to bring my mom and my 2 teenagers here and I'm so glad I did! Hannah was phenomenal! She was patient, knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right coffee for me. She gave us service with a smile which is so refreshing to find these days. That alone would have me return, but the coffee is also delicious! We all ordered different types and everything was good. The atmosphere is fantastic, a real family spot. We played monopoly while we enjoyed our coffee. One of the few places I can bring my teenagers where they are not on their phones the entire time. I definitely recommend a visit. I know that I will return!

Bold cup is my absolute favorite place to get coffee in town. Not only is the quality of their roast second to none, But every time I go to either the Viera or the Nasa location I am greeted by the most friendly, happy people and I love getting to chat with them! You can really tell that the entire staff cares about their customers and they truly enjoy what they do. This is the only place I get my coffee, and the only place I ever will!
