Beautiful place, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and one of the best cafe con leche I ever tasted!

Bold Cup has some of the best medium-dark roast espresso I’ve tasted across the entire southeast U.S. — perfect in an iced cortado. I always go out of my way to visit when in Melbourne.

The chai is fantastic. Brewed, not from a mix. Complex, delicious flavor. I'm delighted that they offer oat milk as a lactose free alternative. Service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Great staff

They have good coffee, but for a high price. The servers are very bland and barely ever make small talk. And the atmosphere is a nice basic coffee shop.

Fast, friendly, and spot on service. The atmosphere is a bit blander than their previous location in the same plaza, but brighter and cheerier. There's a lot of space to spread out and study or take a break while shopping.

I went back to BoldCup after a work meeting and this place keeps getting better. Amazing iced latte and may be the best I’ve had. Friendly staff and a clean beautiful environment. Highly recommend!
