Eat Vicarious
It's a small food truck-like venue but with enclosed seating. Perfectly located just off the 75 so it's a great stop when tra wling on this highway.
We had the "combination" plate aka Taste of Cuba, which was delicious but the real winner was the Media Noche! It's basically a Cuban sandwhich with sweet potato bread. I could ha e eaten two!!!!
The couple was very nice as well!

One word, "Delicious!" The pulled pork is juicy and flavorful! Wehad a few things on the menu but the Midnight Sandwhich was our favorite! Tostones were cooked perfectly and so were the croquettes!

We have been traveling in an RV for the past 2 years and have visited many "Cuban" restaurants and I gotta admit this spot here was one of the most if not the most authentic Cuban spot we've eaten at in the last 2 years. The bread? On point. Meats? 🔥

I got a regular Cuban sandwich and rice and beans. Wow. Amazing. Flavors were out of this world. This will now become a staple stop for us when we travel from GA to FL.

We first looked at the pictures before we made our decision to eat here. We saw a buffet type line in the pictures but not the case. We ordered a Cuban sandwich but they ran out of pork. It was 130pm on a Saturday and they ran out of pork. They said they sold over 50 Cuban sandwiches. So if you want one, come early. Although we waited about 20 minutes for our food, it was excellent. Seating is very limited.

STOP!!!! And go hear to eat instead of a chain restaurant. The food was delicious, the roast pork seasoned wonderfully. Black beans and rice were delicious, and the tostones were great
