Key West Cuban Coffee

This place is the best spot in Key West for coffee and an amazing bite to eat for breakfast or lunch. They have burritos, bowls, juices and authentic Cuban coffee. The owners are amazingly friendly and the food is all homemade. Must go! (P.S. this is the must-have grouper bowl.)

The ham croquettes are incredible! As is everything on the menu! The mojo pork quesadilla, mojo pork sandwich, and fried plantains were all incredible! My husband is a regular here everytime we fly in. He said it tastes just like his mom used to make- or better! The owner is exceptionally sweet and the restaurant is cool and welcoming. Husband came here 3x on his short stay in town. The coffee of course is also incredible.

We liked the food so much that we had to come back twice to try more items! Super sweet staff, very generous portions, and delicious dishes. We tried the island bowl, the Cuban breakfast sandwich, the burrito, and the empanada. The guava and cheese empanada was something special. Don’t miss out on this awesome spot!

Service wasn’t great and the steak omelette was terrible. Cute little place but the steak was horrible quality.

The homemade key lime pie was excellent!!! Cuban coffee was delicious. We definitely will be going back.

This place is a true find. The owner is fabulous and friendly. Evening is made to order and very fresh. My wife had the skirt steak with chimichurri and I had the Mixed Cuban. We will definitely go back for breakfast tomorrow.
