Southern Grounds Coffee

Forgot to put in my food order. Rude and ambivalent response from cashier when I inquired after 20 minutes of waiting. Left without receiving food. Incredibly poor customer service compared to San Marco Location.

A nitro cold brew is to be served without ice. It defeats the purpose of the nitro if you put ice in you lose the creaminess of the small bubbles. The barest treated me like I was stupid when asked why there was ice.

Finally!!! Somewhere healthy and delicious to eat in an airport! Had the salmon toast quick between my flights. It was delicious and fit right in with my desire for a healthy choice. Service was great, and the decor is super nice and trendy! So glad to hear they are opening up multiple airport concourse locations, I will be following them to make sure I can hit them up every time I fly!

Amazing coffee! And even more amazing staff! A wonderful experience everytime I visit! Would recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Typical small coffee joint. Nothing really spectacular that stood out. Better coffee than the big monopolized chain that is on every corner in America it seems

This was the first time eating at this establishment. I had the lox and cream cheese sandwich which was pretty decent. The cashier that serviced me was very pleasant and efficient. However, the young lady that was calling the orders was not. Other than that, it was okay and overpriced lol. I chose this place as I had an early flight.

Best coffee in the airport! They have a fully automatic espresso machine and brew Intelligentsia Coffee. Consistent and tasty for an airport - especially this one. There are three Starbucks (1 outside security) if you like that but come here if you want a smile and a better cup.

My favorite way to start any trip is with a drink from Southern Grounds. The staff and service are always great, and the drinks and food are excellent!

Dreadful service.
7 people behind the counter and had to wait ten minutes for one to bother to ask me if I wanted anything.
Heck no I'm just standing here because I'm bored...of course I want something dipstick!
2 people behind me walked off in disgust but I was not annoyed.
At least the coffee and croissant was at least good when I finally got served, hence two stars instead of one.
Unforgivable service guy's, you need to pay attention to your customers not gaggling away between each other!!
