Atmosphere and coffee is beyond amazing. But what really made our visit a 5 star was our barista Kyle. He was very kind and patiently explained the type of coffee he was making for me. He recommended the Peru pour over that had undertone of tropical fruit notes like cantaloupe and pineapple. I enjoyed the coffee while we chatted different types of espresso machines and grinders. You can tell he has deep understanding of coffee and a passion to share. This is always the secret ingredient to an amazing coffee.

Over rated for sure. No plates, even though the photo gallery shows lots of people using plates. Makes it hard to cut your food in a flimsy paper box. Customer service is mediocre. Don’t really know why I was asked if it’s for here or to go when everything was packaged to go anyway.
THEN someone later sat next to me and they had a plate. When I asked for a plate they said they did not have any. So we lie to customers when we are too lazy to wash dishes ?
Awful.

ADORABLE place to study and fuel up with some friends. Got a white chocolate mocha with adorable foam art and a chicken salad sandwich. You get a lot of food for the price and it is yummy. Accessible parking, too. Best part was definitely the atmosphere though!

I purchase my coffee at Sago on Jacksonville Beach two alternate weekends out of the month when I am in town. The coffee is delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. There is one young lady, Georgia, that has amazed me by remembering my name the second time I was there. I haven't been there for over a month and she still remembers my name. It makes me feel welcome and at home. Thank you Sago and Georgia.

This cafe is spacious, well lit with natural light, and it has inside and outside seating. It appears to be accessible to people of different body sizes and physical capacities.
The employees were kind and worked relatively rapidly and thoroughly.
I ordered a pastry and a capuccino, and both were good. The prices were similar to other cafes, and you have to pay extra for lactose free milk or non milk products. I dislike paying extra for an addition that isnt a luxury. Another con is that the tall tables are higher than the chairs so it's awkward to type on ones computer because your arms are lower than the table. I would return but I would bring a lap desk as the tables are uncomfortable.

A place for digital nomads/remote workers/obnoxious large groups. If you're looking for a chill café with some culture, this is not it. Very modern and sterile ambiance, feels like a warehouse. But a plus is that it's huge inside, plenty of seating if you wanna work from here. The espresso is okay, a bit too bitter for my taste. $5 for an okay latte. The patio seating is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience. Chicken salad on brioche toast completely epic. Highly recommend. Moroccan mint tea... absolutely delicious. The venue is light and airy. Places to sit and work every where. Plenty of charging spaces. About to try the peppermint mocha.

Love this place! Coffee is amazing and people are chill. Great place for remote work, studying/school work with access to robust wifi internet. I downloaded a 2GB file for work in less than 5 minutes. So if you need to video chat, stream music, or watch videos you won't miss a beat. Highly Recommend. Don't forget to TIP the Barista.

Love this coffee shop! Great coffee, food, and pastry! And I love the modern ambiance/vibe. It’s constantly busy & buzzing with students/workers, it’s a fun spot to come to!

The atmosphere and staff are everything. The space is so big, with so many spots for sitting, you never feel as if you're on top of each other or as if you need to hurry up and get out.
I got the Dirty-Chai latte with almond milk, which ai highly recommend. Next time I'll get mine without sweetener.
The avocado 🥑 toast looked great and had a generous amount of avocado, but the dish was bland IMO, however that can be fixed with a dash of salt, which I'll get for next time as well.
I would come here again over and over, especially to bring visiting friends and those that don't come to the beach often. It's a fun space with great options.
**Next time, I'll ask for my drink hotter than they normally do*** I think ordering in and having your beverage not Starbucks-scolding hot is thoughtful because it's drinkable as soon as it's served, but mine became lukewarm too quick for my liking.
