Patticakes in the Village

Place is wonderful with wonderful scenery. However music is very loud. Its trouble conversation and studying over my headphones. I have told the clerk, yet they bump the music back up. I'm not coming to a coffee shop to dance in my chair as much as that would be awesome.

Pricey but the location is nice. Food/coffee is good. I got a panini and iced chai and they were fine but kinda skimpy with the panini fillings. Will have to try the ice cream and cupcakes next time I go!

The people at Patticakes in the Village are always full of life and really make it feel like a great neighborhood hang-out. The coffee is hot, the pastries are excellent and it's a terrific place to see friends and catch up.

Great local business with friendly and kind staff, a wonderful coffee selection, and a good atmosphere for both studying and socializing. My personal favorite drinks are the the cafe con leche, the HoneyBee latte, the Christmas at Downtown (Vanilla tea fog), and the Irish creme latte. Patticakes is one of my favorite meeting places and study locations in Gainesville.

We had the best experience and a beautiful birthday cake for our daughter's first birthday. The staff was prompt and easy to work with, and the baker was right on with the design we asked for. We can't wait to use them for more parties in the future!

I was completely surprised by the coffee, the lattes, and the selection that was available. My son got a blueberry muffin that was probably the best I’ve ever had. Service is a little bit slow, but they are very kind.

I can not recommend Patticakes enough! It is a quaint little shop with the friendliest staff. They always have great cupcakes and icecream, but my absolute favorite is a Cortadito. They are shorter drinks than a latte, but they are creamier and have just as much caffeine packed in the little cup

Patticakes is wonderful!! The went above and beyond to not only help the organization I work for when we organized an event to help the community, but put in so much effort to make the most adorable, delicious, and special cupcakes for my son’s 1st birthday! The staff is so kind and friendly-Patticakes is fantastic and their food is great!! 😊❤️

Patticakes in the Village is absolutely one of the friendliest places in town.

Come here for a cup of coffee amongst the residents of the beautiful Haile Village Center. The windows of the café look out on a small park with a fountain and benches where you might enjoy a walk in good weather.

The baristas here are all amazing and welcoming. I highly recommend you say hello to them when you stop by.

If you want a lot of caffeine, they offer a bottomless cup of house coffee.

They also have a full Ice Cream bar and their namesake: cupcakes!

The best red velvet cupcake I've ever had! The frosting was delIcious and to top it off, the staff was very welcoming! I also love their study lounge!
