The most authentic 珍珠奶茶 in town! The boba is a perfect texture and the prices are decent. The atmosphere is also relaxing, with comfy couches, open space, and music playing in the background-- this all makes it a great environment for enjoying conversation with friends. I love the prices. Definitely cheaper than Lollicup and the boba tea tastes more like tea rather than sugar.
I would recommend they improve their customer service if possible ie. a simple "Hi how are you doing? What would you like?", but I understand there can be a language barrier since English may not be their first language.

Everytime I come into this place, they add new items to their menu. I love their box meals as they are guaranteed to fill you up. I tried the taro milk tea last time I came in and it was delicious.

I switched over to Kun Fu Tea after a friend and I got sick from a Royal milk tea at Lollicup. Kung Fu Tea has a good selection of teas, and they're all fresh! I've had no negative reactions from any of the teas I've tried here. My favorite milk teas are the Taro and Kung Fu teas. I order mine with jellies and less sugar. Service is fast. They also provide you with a stamp card that gets you a free medium drink after 10 drink purchases.

Service is always very friendly, and drinks are made to order accurately and quickly. You never feel like you need to get your drink and leave, there are couches, tables, and chairs a plenty as well as things to occupy your free time. Delicious drink choices!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed an order, specifically stating I wanted my drink to be a slush. The order comes out and the drink comes is in a pure liquid. Naturally, I told the lady (her name is Ashley) of the mistake. This lady had the audacity to proceed to repeatedly yell "Not my fault, your fault!"
After a several minutes of trying to tell her what I wanted she finally gave in and before giving my drink she remarked "Next time, order right." Unbelievably rude. I will not be returning to this place. I highly recommend Lollicup down the street, they make great drinks and the customer service is like day and night compared to Kung Fu's.

The service was really good and so were the drinks. My only trouble is that their smoothies are more like a ton of ice instead of actual juice or ingredients, it watered down pretty quick, and this is from multiple times that I have ordered them.
