The absolute yummiest chai latte i have ever consumed. Thank you guys for turning around my chaotic morning! The people there are super friendly and really put a smile on my face today :)

The drinks here are great which is why I keep trying to give them another chance. Unfortunately it seems as though the experience is always the same. Long waits for food only to find out they are out of what you ordered or like today, getting home to find out your order is so completely wrong. The staff is rude if you have any kind of issue. Very disappointing because I really like to support local businesses

What a beautiful store and great menu. Not sure how long it’s been open just wanted to stop off to get some coffee. Not happy about the girl in bunny ears and HEELS taking our order. She didn’t know the menu at all so our drinks did not taste very good. 20 min wait on drinks so it wasn’t worth going back in for sweetener or a different drink. Staff should be trained better or at least have a better understanding of what goes into the drinks so they can ask the right questions when taking orders and be more efficient when preparing drinks.

I would be lying if I said that Brass Tacks is less than 5 stars. The coffee is superb, with many fun and unique syrup options. The service is amazing. All of the baristas are super friendly. The atmosphere is really cool along with their dine in dishes; it is a great place to work, study, catch up on emails, read a book, etc. To top everything off, it is a local business, aka the best type of business to be supporting. If you wake up and are craving a good cup of joe I definitely recommend checking Brass Tacks out.

Great coffee and an amazing breakfast! The biscuits go HARD!!! The staff?? They go HARDER!!! Seriously some of the friendliest people I have ever met, from top management down to the shop employees. Try the Maple White or Oatmeal Cookie latte, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been visiting Brass Tacks Coffee pretty much on a daily basis since they’ve opened the Fruit Cove location, and I have to say the staff and the coffee and breakfast menus are top tier and quite delicious! The staff is always very friendly and always seem to go above and beyond to make the experience great! I recommend this coffee shop a 100%!

I love lavender iced coffee and can only find it at local coffee shops. My first time coming here and they had lavender coffee. Hands down the best lavender iced coffee I’ve ever had!

The guy behind the counter was so nice and personable. He answered all my questions and offered a recommendation.

First time there. Coffee was fine. For 25 minutes we were waiting on food and it was NOT busy. We asked how much longer only to find out it had not been sent to the back. They said 10 more minutes. 8 minutes later they let us know they did not have what we ordered. 33 minutes wasted on a lunch that looked good but we never got. We canceled all of it and left. Maybe try them again after they get their process down better.
