Not what I expected. I was so excited, because finally I got to go to meet this place. I was with my wife and invited her to drink coffee. I told the waitress we were not going to eat, just have a coffee. I told her also that it had been long time for me wanting to meet that place. When she heard that I just wanted to drink coffee, immediately got disappointed. Her faced showed me her attitude turned around and brought me a cup of coffee that was already prepared. It disappointed me the coffee and the attitude. My wife is Italian and we regularly go to Spain to visit my parents. We expected a real coffee and good attention. I got out of that place thinking, well another poor Gas Station fountain like coffee served by a not well trained neither well paid employee.
Thats how I really felt. Very bad first impression.

The waitstaff was fabulous! Answered all of our questions (and we had a ton!) Friendly, smiling, informative. And then there is the food! OMGee! We had a party of 6 and everyone was eating off everyone else's plates just to try all the SUPER YUMMY FOOD! Not a bad dish there. We will definitely be back (probably tomorrow 😉)

Visiting from up north and am so happy to have visited this bakery!! All the staff are so friendly, the food is really good, and the coffee drinks are delicious as well. It was such a good experience, I went twice! Highly recommend.

Also, they have a great selection of baked goods. :)

Delicious food! Vanilla Cappuccino and Chai Latte are excellent! The Lorraine Quiche is a favorite. Fresh ingredients. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and nice location. Love it! May 2023

Food was fresh, the table and restaurant clean, the staff was attentive yet not overbearing. The prices seem quite fair. Honestly I’m very much liking the place,

-1 star for the annoying intercom advertisement about their app. It’s just on repeat and gets annoying.

Had the half sandwich and salad both were wonderful and the Staff was also very attentive. Will go again. Thank you

We discovered this gem on New Year’s Day 2021 and have been coming regularly for a year. We’ve brought friends and family have none of us have ever gotten anything less than stellar food! They serve Lavazza coffee (YUM) and my go to is the smoked salmon plate. Coming from NY, I can tell you their bagels are pretty legit (obvi get the everything bagel) and I would never ever get the amount of salmon I get at EAB for the price I pay. We always get a box of the amazing pastries to bring home. We ended up here the day after Christmas and people must have really lost their holiday spirit early this year - we saw two diff tables complaining about pretty mundane stuff. You could see the cafe was busy and we heard multiple servers say they were short staffed. The food has ALWAYS come out super fast every single time we’ve been here, so I wasn’t worried if we had to wait a little longer. Except we didn’t. We were still served just as quickly as we always are, and checked in regularly, so I was very surprised at the complaints. I’ve been in the service industry my whole life, so I know better than most that the customer isn’t always right. While in line to pay, a customer was berating the cashier (a server) about how long they had to wait for food. While I don’t know how long their wait had been, the way she spoke to the server was downright rude and unnecessary. To my surprise, one of the owners stepped right up and strongly, but not rudely, let the customer know that their servers are already picking up the slack where they can. I was incredibly impressed with how she backed up her employees while remaining professional. We absolutely love this place and will continue to tell our friends and neighbors about it!
