Circle House Coffee

My worst coffee experience in a long time. No tables except at the back. No free parking. In south Florida? Seriously? The shop was empty (there is only one table). A long line of cars was waiting for takeout. There were four employees inside, three working the takeout line and one making sandwiches. For over 4 minutes, nobody took our order at the counter. When I complained, they finally acknowledged our presence (party of three).

I ordered caffè latte. This is supposed to be coffee and milk, no sugar in it. Sugar is in packets at the far wall. Instead it was full of sugar (I am diabetic). I did not order sugar. Could not touch the thing, and left it after complaining to the staff. Couldn't care less. “Sorry, we did put sugar” (never mind it does not say so in the menu.

Not cheap. Paid for nothing. Never coming back again. I know plenty of good coffee places with excellent service in South Florida. Not this place.

As for the parking, the only three or so spots in the front are reserved for Police. The ones in the back lot are free for 15 minutes and to get to them I had to wait 5 minutes in the queue for takeout window because there is no way two cars can go through side by side before the curve. After 15 minutes you need to pay with an App. Which I can’t download without Wi-Fi in the lot. The Wi-Fi in the store requires you to give your email so they can spam you (it says so explicitly in the consent form). Seriously? I have enough spam already, thank you very much. Part of the non-existent customer service I suppose.

I am delighted! This has got to be the most elegant coffee houses in the area. Brand new, newly built into a modern day coffee spot. The staff is friendly, the iced macha tea is amazing!!! And there's a few pretty girls that work there. If you're a coffee person and frequently visit Starbucks and Dunkin donuts, then this will now be your new spot. From a scale of 1-10 they are a 20!!!!

It’s currently 8:03pm; apparently they don’t abide by their hours bc we were in the drive thru line at 7:52pm and were ignored; so we drove up to the window as the staff member was delivering food to the customer in front of us at what was now 7:55pm and she saw us and completely ignored us at least three times as we waited and waited there. We drove off. So much for excellent customer service. We are super disappointed as we are card-carrying Circle House reward members!

Ordered from here through Uber eats. Tried their macchiato & mocha, both were above par & more than I could’ve hoped for. I always get a little nervous trying new places, & circle house coffee far exceeded my expectations. was super stoked to be able to try their chicken sausage breakfast sandwich(I don’t eat pork) & I only wish I had ordered another one! I would definitely recommend this place for their coffee & a quick breakfast(their baked goods looked delicious as well) I can’t wait to order here again, & look forward to visiting in person!

They have a super cool coffee machine which can imprint your picture onto a cappuccino or latte. Andrew is super sweet and helpful in assisting!

These guys right here are the real deal! Amazing coffee, tasty treats, and great vibes! We loved this place! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had the iced Horchata with almond milk, the strawberry dream and nutella cream brulee donuts, and everything bagels with cream cheese!!! So darn good! I just wished we got a little more cream cheese. We loved this place! We'll be back!

I get the chicken cheese biscuit and an horchata coffee here and they're both delicious. Also, can't beat the nutella brulee donut when in stock. The employees are friendly and it's usually fairly quick service.

Unfortunately I have to update my review to one star. Coffee and staff are top notch

However their parking and parking enforcement are thieves. Parked in spot that says circle House coffee complimentary 15 minutes. Was in and out in under 10 minutes and was ticketed for $45 by professional parking management.

I will now personally not be coming back or visiting circle House coffee again.

Do yourself a favor and go to Wells coffee company one street over. Free parking, don't have to worry about being ticketed booted or towed and they roast their own beans in house

Meh the coffee was just ok. Watery and overpriced.

Delicious coffee, tea and surprisingly some of the best Oreo cheesecake I have had in a while. It’s important to note that while I had not had a guava and cheese donut, I must say I highly recommend trying 1 or 3 on your first go. Think of a guava and cheese empanada - but nice and airy, fluffy and just bursting with flavor. While I still need to try the rest of the menu.
