Circle House Coffee

This shop negates everything I expect from a good coffee house.

I entered a sterile, subdued shop in which staff seemed to be afraid to serve their customers. Fearing that everything else was closed, I decided to grab a coffee and a muffin, contrary to my initial intuition.

The staff quickly served a carelessly assembled latte and a muffin. Even though I had mentioned to the woman taking my order that I intended to consume these items in the shop, the staff chased me away as soon as I had unwrapped my muffin. Perhaps I missed a posted sign somewhere? I do not know. However, I did voice my intent to eat on premises, and no one corrected that plan while I placed my order.

I ate outside, using their dirty windowsill as a makeshift surface to place my food and coffee.

The muffin proved soggy and stale. The latte reminded me of concoctions bubbling out from those automated press-button self-service contraptions.

I returned briefly to dispose of my trash. Two sets of leery eyes tracked me as I placed my trash in their bin and left promptly. I will not return here.

Ironically, I was on the way to the Wells Coffee Company. No one at Wells was answering the phone. That is why I feared they were closed. I made it there the next day, and Wells Coffee Company proved delightful on all fronts. Merely feet from each other, I have no idea why these two places sport similar ratings or why would anyone go here when they could enjoy their experience at Wells. Skip Circle, go to Wells!

Great place anytime of the day to go and relax for a refreshing drink or a sweet snack, whether if it's a date night or with a group of friends. Truly a must see gem hidden in Ft. Lauderdale.

I used to come here all the time however after my most recent experience I will never return again. I visited on Sunday afternoon, I waited with my daughter for over 15 minutes to get an Iced oat latte, when I got it I headed straight to my car. Wasn’t until I had driven off and drank a quarter of the latte I realized it wasn’t oat milk it was cows milk which I am intolerant to. I have been extremely sick since. Your staff need to take this seriously. People ask for alternative milks because of specific dietary needs or their beliefs. You can make someone very sick if you are so careless
I will never come back. The staff don’t care and take forever to serve you. A shame because the place has such a nice vibe and ethos but that needs to be alongside staff that care about there job and provide decent customer service

I am so confused. Ive been coming here 1-2x a week for months and always order a flat white. All of a sudden this "coffee house" doesnt offer flat whites but has lattes?

Luckily wells is right across the street and the baristas there dont get confused over a standard drink order.

I just moved near the area and visited once and come back all the time! The coffee is good, and the food too. The place is awesome, has so much seating and a VARIETY and is very clean. The BEST PART is the service. I wouldn't come back if there was not friendly service. There is always one male (assuming the manager or asst. manager) who is phenomenal EVERY time! Great experience!!

Favorite coffee shop in FTL, the latte’s and food are top notch

Got a parking ticket from Professional Parking Management. Don’t know why Circle House does business with these scammers.

This place is good. Fast service and it has a beautiful decor.

Coffee was good, guava and cheese donut was delicious, steak wrap was good. Overall pleasant experience. Polite and helpful baristas. We will be back for quick coffee and bites.

Ambiance was amazing love the music and the vibe. The food was pretty good the tea was great. Like that they have so many outlets around for people to stay connected. The service was a tad snow on the Saturday morning but I did get my food within 5 minutes.
