Dunedin Coffee Company & Bakery

My wife and I drove up from Largo to visit for breakfast and coffee. Disappointed to find they didn’t have the full breakfast menu that is advertised online. Only had three options to order hot breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was good, but The quiche was so small, and for $6 it was definitely not worth it. This was a very underwhelming experience.

As a "local" I have been coming here since they opened! They not only have have the best coffee in town, they have the best service and coffee shop ambiance. Their breakfast food is awesome, always made to order and well worth any wait! I especially like their Frankie breakfast sandwich and, believe it or not, the oatmeal is to die for!!! I could go on but it would be better if you check it out yourself...you will be happy you did!

Pretty bakery and coffee shop...but crowded. Downtown Dunedin, for all its dining options, has a shortage of places to get coffee early in the morning. I stopped by here before 8am, and almost all the tables were full. Coffee was great, but the place is far better suited to a leisurely breakfast, than trying to get coffee to go on one's way to work.

Amazing coffee and love the availability of vegan and gluten-free food items. Great costumer service. Another costumer's children were being annoyingly loud/screaming in the shop and a barista walked over and asked them to quiet down because I was studying and I didn't even ask or say anything to her! Very kind of her to look out for other customers.

Although I live fairly close, this was the first time I visited it. Very quaint coffee shop with plenty of seating and friendly personnel. I ordered their house Brew and a poppy seed muffin and it was excellent. Dunedin is a very trendy area with nice restaurants for as far as the eye can see

Totally Overpriced for such “bakes”. I would understand if cakes were delicious but they are not. Dry and almost tasteless (sugar only) lemon cake and dry ,with sticky cream ,carrot cake. Added some stars for lavender latte , it was not bad. And decorations are great too.

My mom was visiting from New York and we took a special trip to this place from St. Pete for the avocado toast and other vegetarian items we saw online. We were disappointed to find out that none of those items were available anymore. The only hot vegetarian, non-pastries available were quiches. The quiche I got was steaming hot around the edges and cold in the middle. Not a pleasant experience. The place is tastefully decorated, however, and the art on the wall is nice. Espresso was decent.

I have been coming here for a while and they had the most amazing french toast and atmosphere. I just found out they took the french toasts off the menu for efficiency reasons (that is what the young lady said in a very impersonal and I don't care about you attitude). Some of the employees were more welcomy but regretfully, the one that seems to know the most and apparently in charge does not care about what her customers want and in an effort to be right she will even insinuate you are a liar. I still love many things about this coffee place but I will replace it for a more friendly one.

Elena, your response was so fast that I decided to change my rating. You showed me that you really care about your customers and I will not base my review in just one bad experience with an unfriendly barista.

It's very easy for me to recommend clients and friends to this jewel of a place in the heart of Dunedin. Parking has always been easy with street parking in the front and a parking lot at the rear of the building. The staff are always very pleasant , pastries are amazing and I even picked up some artwork for the office.
