The best Gelato. So many flavors. Not expensive. Friendly staff.

Check the lid!
They didn't put my lid on good and the cup collapsed spilling onto or recent purchases walking away from the counter. They poured the half full cup into a new cup for me and said "sorry about that."

I have celiac and asked for a serving scooped from the back with a clean scoop to prevent cross-contamination. The girls serving were willing to do this for me and went to check if they had the flavor available in back. When they came back out they let me know that their manager told them they were not allowed to scoop from the back unless the flavor upfront needed to be replaced. So very sad to have to have managers that do not understand or are just unwilling to accommodate restrictions.
All gelato is scooped with shared scoops and cleaned by being placed in a water cleaner to soak after each use. A cross-contamination nightmare. I do not recommend this location if you have allergies or celiac.

Just can't believe what a great experience I had with Pino Gelato's amazing service, so welcoming to me and my family, specifically an employee I believe to be named Grace or Gracie. She was so sweet, understanding, and patient.

This is the first limoncello gelato I've had in America that is actually proper Italian gelato. Delicious. I felt like I was back in Italy!

Stopped by to get a bit of refreshment while walking around.
The Limoncello gelato that was used to make the smoothie was a good choice for me where you could taste the lemon flavor.

My husband and I went there as we were at the mall shopping. Even though the chicken salad sandwich was around $12, which I thought was very expensive, I ordered it because we were starving. My husband got the tuna sandwich. They both came with kettle chips. This is the best chicken salad ever! It was warm and the croissant was flakey. My husband enjoyed his runs as well. (I don't like tuna.) Would definitely do it again. Sorry I didn't take any photos.
